This version of the Molecule Man seems to be AFTER the original 1980's Secret Wars story where Owen's mental blocks were removed and he could use his full power. Prior to that Owen could only manipulate inorganic molecules.

Thw guys at WB wanted to recreate the stuff Marvel did with thanos. But because at WB only morons are at the top, they change the directors, writers and what not on a daily bases making the whole DC universe a joke. They had the perfect Superman, the perfect Aquaman, almost perfect Wonder Woman, a really good Batman and Cyborg, and even Martian Manhunter. What does WB do? Hire new directors to reboot the whole damn franchise for no damn reason... They deserve literally everything bad that comes to them...

Sure but think about sand bending. Just float a few pieces of sand in the air and put it in there eyes boom you win. They won’t even see it coming cause it’s so small.

the live action did a great job showing how threaten the elements can be korra did too, but ATLA..........it was iffy they did show burns but when they got hit with an attack the damage output was weak it felt tone down since it's a kid show, the main reason i felt the show wasnt all that serious, tbh earth benders should had been the threat since they can really make you fall down a bottomless pit, waterbenders also had some moves imagine drinking some water then a waterbending freeze it or make you drown off it........the combat writing and creativity was weak in this series

Yes Molecule Man is generally more powerful,Dr. Manhattan is still incredibly powerful but is more limited in scope compared to Molecule Man’s multiversal capabilities.

no, not quite. for one thing, although he CAN play with matter and energy VERY effectively, playing with larger forces like space and time are usually beyond him...also there are distinct limits imposed on him by his VERY mortal mind....it took a mystical pep talk/some major meddling by Dr. Doom to remove the mental block that kept him form affecting organic matter/living beings for instance. Though recent writers have altered that a bit while they "reshuffled the cosmic balance" but typically? the best comparison would be Owen vs the Beyonder in secret wars 2. He went 1 round with the beyonder...who at the time was being depicted as "top of the food chain" and lost. but the fact he was able to go a round at ALL was impressive. and before you start citing the aforementioned recent issues...marvel's had a bad problem with power creep lately. making ill-informed decisions for a single story and then putting them in a back drawer and hoping noone notices. Owen is a part of that.
