We are Father and Son (Eddie and James) and have been Metal Detecting in the Tampa Bay area of Florida since mid 2021. We discovered the Hobby of Metal Detecting by watching You Tubers such as Metal Detecting NYC, I Dig Daytona, Quarter Hoarder, Diggin' SoCal and many others. We will mainly be searching here in Florida but will be visiting Family in Myrtle Beach South Carolina and searching the sand there also.
James is in High School and has Fragile X Syndrome which is a form of Autism. We're hoping that these Adventures help James overcome his shyness and communication issues. He is a big fan of classic rock music, especially Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers and Elvis.
I recently retired from Public Service after 36 years. We are both looking forward to producing some Videos that will be fun and educational.

James and I returned to Clearwater Beach 2 weeks after Hurricane Milton caused massive destruction in the area. By the time we returned, Clearwater was a doing great job cleaning up and some businesses were beginning to re-open. James and I searched our favorite Beach here in Florida and ended up finding a nice number of coins. We also found a "goldish" bling earring while out on the hunt.
