      How is that any of your business? We were hired to build it for one of our clients to their specifications. When you get to the income level of the clients that have hired us to build them a complete custom CJ like no other one on the road, they want something that no one else has and that is exactly what we built.

    I’m not sure that buying a Jeep in excellent condition and complete and freshening it up constitute a restoration.

      Call it what you want. We were hired to make a really nice Jeep for our customer to their specs and our attention to detail. We were fortunate to find a solid canvas to start our artwork.

    • @Millerbrothersautorepair
      @Millerbrothersautorepair 5 лет назад

      $57k including the purchase of the original red Jeep. Your results may vary. We have recently decided to discontinue restoring Jeeps as it is not a good use of our shop space at our auto repair facility. A restoration like this takes hundreds and hundreds of hours and in the end is not a profitable endeavor for us.

    Is that a 2 in lift on 33’s? I’m trying to figure out what I want to do to mine and like a good reference. You had a sweet build. Did you do any performance mods to the engine. Stroke it out or anything.

    • @Millerbrothersautorepair
      @Millerbrothersautorepair 5 лет назад

      It's a BDS 2.5" YJ conversion lift with 32x11.50 tires. The engine is stock with MOPAR fuel injection.

    Spent all that money and left the 6cyl in it? Looked like a perfect candidate for a LS...

    • @Millerbrothersautorepair
      @Millerbrothersautorepair 5 лет назад

      It was built for our client's teenage daughter. An LS swap would have been way too much power, not to mention the T-5 transmission would not survive.
