Bonjour, Merci pour ces zazens, que je suis chaque fois. Je me permets toutefois de vous indiquer que cette fois-ci, il y a une publicité toutes les 5mn : il est donc impossible de méditer. Ne peut-on pas revenir au rythme publicitaire des autres vidéos, où il n'y a en général "que" 2 ou 3 publicités pendant la vidéo entière ? Merci encore pour ce que vous faites et bonne journée.

we go to the monastery not for us in the first place but to help an external collectivity of people. and not to look good like some robots

meditation with closed eyes is possibly beneficial for the person in question, but in the collective mind it is not positive (the mind has no bodily charge because man is man everywhere and we don't want to be empty

let's not forget the Middle Way that what I hear here is predominantly eccentric in expression already like in the rest of the world. it is not a positive trend because the eccentricity can hardly stick anymore. the expression before is the most positive. meditation with closed eyes is not a positive practice

it brings you feeling in the form of food

the great vehicle, if it is not aware, is abysmal, it brings you but it is of no real use to you. when it is aware, it becomes the small vehicle and it is and helps you and brings you what you need in the form of sense. it does not like the mess! This vehicle is not other than Lumbini (small vehicle). If you are Buddha it is meaningless by name. and if you say Buddha you are not buddha. if you say small vehicle it is useful for you
