It did look awesome in the movie, but none of it makes any damn sense... it's just some crystal/glass and metal, basically, why would any of that move faster than light in order to travel through time. But okay, it's just fantasy, works via "magic" :-)

Great technics, a lot of new stuff for a beginner like me, the only thing is, the curve part is wrong. In the original it's all the way to the back of the rectangle

There might be one error but only someone as pedantic as me would point it out. The hemi alignment on the rear pannel, while you've correctly got the misalignment right you've used the MK1 spacing that follows the edge of the rear panel. The correct way is to divide the rear panel once then divide the two halves again. This will give you the virtual line the hemis should follow rather than echo the sides of pannel 6.

Very nice. My only criticism is that the weapons don't look right just attached to the leg joints. I think they'd be better on the main body.

I love it, very much like the old comic book renditions, probably not the most practical design as its legs look like they can barely hold it up lol. I love the strings on the legs though, that’s just hilarious 😆 Have you seen the spider daleks by Wayne Peters aka Scarecrow? He’s had a few videos floating around on the internet since before RUclips was a thing! He has a couple of examples on RUclips however inspired by the description of them in the book War of the Daleks, although his only have 6 legs where the book description mentions 8 legs.
