Jakob Ingebrigtsen Is A Distance Psychopath
I paused at 5:46 to get me a carrot and when coming back hitler looked at me 😂
It’s stunning that Collins didn’t have a national coach who put his foot down with the training. Coach must have worried Collins wouldn’t bother competing if he had to do serious training.
I’d hate to have that stereotype ‘lazy’ stamped over my black ass among my peers never mind broadcast to the whole world. I don’t understand how Collins hate work so much with Gold potential to make history even after realising he’s up there with the best in the world without training.
I can’t say I expected this to be mainly about the world class sprinter to Japanese game show pipeline lmao
Noah couldn't back the big talk he said at the start, you can't talk shit like that and not gap your opponent by atleast a second
Noah should have taken that rematch offer and ran with real intentions. Now the non track fans will think that noah got scared of that small gap and tried to duck. 50m is already a very small distance to make considerable gap and with all due respect to noah, he aint the fastest out of the block in the first 50m. He should atleast gone 5.6 pace to atleast have some gap.
Neeraj chopra made a deal with the devil where he chose being the most consistent 89m javelin thrower ever in place of breaking that 90m barrier. Winning javelin is a lot of consistency. Quite a lot of present throwers have thrown 90m+ in their life but not when it actually counts. This allows Neeraj to win most events via his consistency and still podium when someone throw their life's Hail Mary. Might aswell call him the opportunistic predator.
Tbh its quite intelligent on Sydney's part to preserve her body for races which will actually count at the end of her career. The casual fan only watches the Olympics and maybe the world championships if their favorite athelete is participating but aint no casual ever finding where to even watch the diamond league races to begin with. This way she can prolong her career, enjoy life and make more money as she wins these big events. Her body being fresh to break WRs in these big events is the big reason brands/media lover her. When was the last time a track person was breaking so many WRs on a consistent basis ? She damn very well won't be breaking this many records if she ran throughout the year. Opposite is also true for generational athelete like jakob, who i believe would have had more success and broken WRs if he was not running for the freaking entire year.
I am only gonna believe the level of hype if they are able to go under 10 sec fairly quickly. Their has been many sprinters who peaked early with low 10s but were never able break that barrier or get stuck in 9.9x territory
My name’s not Steve 😂
What I got from this is that Bolt is having the time of his life lol
Ostrich was legit! He's like "ah! now you wanna cook me for dinner. I'll show you who's fast!!!"
The fastest man has a name and his name is Noah Lyles, I'm saying this using updated information, Bolt still has his two records that haven't been broken 100 km and 200 km of course but we must highlight what Noah did to break some of his records
he is Australian, not Australian Sudanese. He was born in australia and is no more Sudanese than I am Irish australian. You are only pointing it out because he is black. He is definitely of Sudanese heritage but he is an Australian fullstop
These guys are epic! makes me want to do something to my life
I’m from st.Kitts
The footage was sped up this is commonly known. Hitler was not tweaking. Jesse Owens later said that the Germans treated him better than the Americans ever did, including Hitler.
his lack of muscle and steady yearly increases suggest he was drug free
Can you a video like this about high jump
5:44 Vsauce is that you?
The Glazing on Noah in this video is crazy
Lol i agree that there was no way Speed was winning but you cant just completely ignore he was going against the fastest man alive and he didnt get completely humiliated
Never heard of him but probably would have if he just locked tf in 😂.
"never training" is a common claim by athletes who want their mediocrity to be celebrated and poor performances to be excused. it's almost never true.
With all his accolades notwithstanding, I would still like for someone to logically explain Bolt's performance progression and lack there of‼ It stands that an almost 22 year old that shocked the world by EASILY showboating to 9.69 in 2008 and who then OBLITERATED that record with 9.58 just a year later at still a young age, SHOULD have subsequently ran SEVERAL sub 9.7s AT LEAST if not sub 9.6s during the remaining years of his yet still then blossoming early sprinting career‼But some how, Bolt managed to only accomplish ONE more sub 9.7 three years later‼IT MAKES NO SENSE THAT HE ONLY MANAGED TO RUN JUST THREE SUB 9.7s IF EVEN 9.58 WAS HIS PEAK AT JUST ABOUT 23 YEARS OLD‼WHY⁉
Japanese game shows understands what we really want to see 😂
The best ever ❤
the game show with the 75 meter hallway is hilarious 😂😂😂
how does someone become a fast 100m
Anyone shocked by this physique should look at Christophe lemaitre. I also believe he could’ve been on TRT which is legal at 38 years old and onwards besides the weight training
black peoople hate training. its why brazilian, african, footballers have short careers.
2100 will have like people running for who gets under 9
Sprinting is a young man sport this guy was super human.Collins was a real warrior.
0:40 At 6 years old he runs as fast as me but I'm a long distance runner and im 13.
I’m 11 years old right now and I’m 46 milliseconds of the 11 year old 100m record 😱⚡️
Noah Lyles should be a streamer he’s made for it just pure entertainment no matter what.
this man called it with tebogo holy
It's so funny it was Gatlin because you just know he *wanted* that win
Very interesting video!
That’s why he was able to last till 40 because he didn’t go crazy with the weights
Not even that he’s lack of training also helped his muscles recover so he’s not abusing his body like majority of athletes. Plus the weight free training keeps his joints healthy and flexibile
I find it disturbing how in every sport we expect athletes to be on top by the age of 20. Social media isnt helping either.
I dont think i can challenge his status of worlds fastest man but i feel confident that i am just as lazy or lazier than him.
"Im the only natural sprinter, no protein powder" is absolutely hilarious.
Avoid the protein powder😮
I think he had such a long career because he didn't train much. I reckon if he'd trained 'properly' throughout his 20s he wouldn't have lasted to 40.
Yes it’s true, plus with sprinting less is more, he’s lack of training helps his muscles to recover and his strength to be higher when he nexts workouts. Athletes can train hard back to back because they abuse PEDs making them more prone to injury
ty-zon gay...Tie-zun Gay...THAI-SON GAAYYYY
Thanks for this, I love this video. I remember Kim Collins well, mostly from the Sydney OG and his CW games and WC wins. There was something about a skinny guy beating the rest of the field that appealed to me. I'm ashamed to say I hadn't realised he'd kept improving during the later years of his career but I didn't follow T&F as closely during that time. What a career. Though I probably wouldn't recommend his example of no training and partying to an up-and-coming athlete today lol
Crazy… if he would have lifted weights he probably would have won some gold
Idk whatever he was doing worked for him at the time, maybe he didn’t need the volume and weight training early on but did later, maybe he wouldn’t have had the consistency and longevity. Point is he had a long impressive career and was never clouded with PED accusations, good on him.
Great video beautiful story
