don't wash your hair with hot water its better to go with warm water when shampooing and with cold water after conditioning hot water dries your hair so much

Long story short I have severe plaque scalp psoriasis and this is my best hairstyle now as I used to get a low bald fade with a comb over and front forehead lineup.
