Raymond Blanc - Cafe Creme Dessert
Просмотров 327 тыс.12 лет назад
Raymond Blanc demonstrates one of his signature desserts, Cafe Creme. A cup sculpted completely from chocolate, filled with a iced espresso parfait, topped with cherry liqueur sabayon and finished with sugar coated truffles. www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/caf_93703
Owning his mistake. Politicians, please watch and learn.
2:52 Genius 👍gotta love the way he smacks his forehead 😄😄
"how to cook that" channel has copied this recipe word by word and posted video on their channel without giving credit to this creative genius
Omg. So this is the original creation. "How to cook that" channel has copied this and showing it off without giving credit. Shame on them
the cup is not sculpted the cup is moulded you idiot
🧐.Masya Allah..🏅🥇🏆.😳 He's absolutely a professional Chef..✔️🌹
Sweet Inspiration-San Francisco, CA. My first experience with a similar dessert many years ago.
1:07. Adam was thinking “I don’t f*cking know you piece of sh*t Frenchman who sounds like your slobbering all the time you f*cking piece of sh*t f*ck” lol.
Voila.....😘😘
Top class.
Addam must have a hard time every day
This man's talent is unbelievable! and not a smidge of ego. Sigh. Just amazing! My dream is to eat LMLQS and learn at his cookery school. I too am a self taught private chef and stories like his inspire endlessly.
Yummy really nice well done Raymond
Cantik sih...tapi agak jorok ya cara masaknya...terutama pas nempelin coklatnya itu lhoooo
Very clever how he created the coffee mug.
I hope he fucking washed his hands
Shame the recipe has gone from the BBC website.
"make a cone" hehe is called a cornet!
Raymond was one of the Pioneers of tempering chocolate.a legend.& as Marco calls him genius.
Pioneers of tempering chocolate ?That's was done by process engineers. The chocolate is delivered tempered.I was an apprentice in chocolate in the 1970's and had old pastry books that show this coffee cup and even a choc spoon. Books by authors who were already dead. Nothings new.
@@gerardjones7881Raymond made it in the 70's!
good dish, but I wish this guy would get slap on the face
No expense spared on this programme
Tom was pissin' his pants after he realised he should've said 10. Good effort though Tom for giving him an 8.
Tom: - make it hold a real espresso and I give you 10 :|
more likely it actually could as long as it is cold and it does'nt melt the chocolate...i think
A genial idea!
Narrator: "Tom was later fired"
He's truly talented but seems not kind.
What gives you that impression?
You're seeing a passionnate chef in his restaurant's kitchen. Don't judge him out of only that lol.
amazing
Wow - that young man's brave! - To stand next to the Pastry Chef (chief), and grade the creation an 8! I would have backed away out of arm's reach to say that. ha - He's young - most likely he hasn't the taste for espresso yet.
Pastry chef? This is no mere pastry chef, my friend. This is Raymond Blanc.
you've been with me 2 months and you give me an 8? ahahahahagivemearaisehahaha
amazing ماشاء الله
مبدع 🖒❤
King of chefs!! Respect!!
Hey guy that works for me.Can you rate this.Dude sure loves his job.Very artistic plate
You can tell the immense pride and dedication he has over this dish, the look in his eyes when he said it took 6 months to develop and how he was frustrated over the thermometer dropping into the chocolate. Even after all these years of fame, he's still cooking in his own restaurant instead of enjoying TV fame. This is seriously the most passionate Chef I have seen on TV.
+Neo JW To paraphrase Marco Pierre White: "Raymond is a 3 star chef who never got his 3rd star".
Brilliant Floyd top man.
hahahahahaha he didnt cry in this one but the 2 month guy rated his work an 8
Amazing!!
beautiful
oh my fucking god a life's supply and my life is complete
the guy got fired...
I work in a kitchen and its called " bitch"
Shit when I first heard the chef talking I was scared of no understanding a shit.. and then the woman started to talk, what a realieve
I had no problem understanding Chef Raymond and no I`m not French, I`m Aussie-Greek. Do yourself a favor and use spell check or dictionary. You mean.. relief! Oui
Giuseppe Calvano ignorante
***** His name is Italian. Ignorante is how its spelt in Italian.
me encanta este video , lo e estado buscando dede hace mucho tiempo
K-J FLORES Hay otra versión, una inglesa lo hace: de Ann Reardon en su canal How to cook that. Ahí está el video.
Wow .... I bet he got pissed for getting an 8.. that guy is so fired
+DeeWeext If you really nit pick, 10 would theoretically be perfection, 9 as close as you can be to perfection, so I suppose that personal preferences in play and overall, 8 is more than great :P Not alot of high end cook who truly adore and respect food would give it a 10 :P
I've just watched this amazing dish being created & can only imagine what it must taste like...... I cannot imagine however how anyone could dislike this clip. Chocolate perfection. Art.
Ash Hawks #gordonramsaycoulddislikethisclip
An added bonus - the pastry department is the only part of the kitchen where it's COOL!
that is an object of beauty
Все красиво, но хрупко
Well done Raymond, I have watched this previously on TV and all I can say is that you know you have something right when others claim it for their own, Ann Reardon is doing just that!
"Voila. Tres bien."
I like that the new kid was honest.
where is ure restaurant?
