awesome. do you think the Lightspeed at a similar lower gain setting (about as low as you set the eclipse here, specially at the beginning of the video) would work well? the eclipse sounds great here and I was wondering if the Lightspeed could work well with that kind of setting.

This is making a lot of sense. Still, I'm a bit confused as to where the shift occurs in the two string exercise. It doesn't seem like your sliding into the next position. Are you just shifting to the top of the two string sequence that was demonstrated in the practice section..?

(Some of the cats make the nube mistake of of diagonal neckheadstock launched into the upper rt hand corner of the vid frame w/ a below the frtbd camera, hence fingers cover the frets.) :)

It is remarkable just how similar our playing style is. Yes, you were my teacher back in 1989, but after over 30 years apart, it is amazing that the basic skills that you taught me have remained the foundation of my technique.
