Totally unecessary for the hinge alone, but good for the all handle. Just a tip, grease the new hinge to protect it from the very same reason it broke in the first place: oxidation!

Just had a family member deliver what I ordered from ikea. Also ordered the Tradfiri driver that ikea says you need. There is no way to attach the driver to the power supply cord! The power cord supplied looks like yours. Only path I can figure out is Ansluta power cord>Vagdal connector cord>Mittled lights. NO driver. This contrary to their website and the instructions. Can you shed some light on this? Thanks

don't buy this.I believe that WD is simply obliged to return the money to everyone for their products of such low quality and pay moral compensation. They make users suffer with their device if something happens to it. It is impossible to return access to the device to a simple user. You must have great knowledge. This is a big headache for the average user. I'm furious with WD. In my PC, I threw out all the HDD of this company. Never trust WD. Her devices are Prada Devil in beautiful packaging. I've already lost all my data twice and a lot of money. And data recovery cost 4 times more than the cost of the device itself.Western Digital is Ditching the My Cloud Home.

Pretty neat saw and nice demo. I'm a light d.i.yer, so I will invest in a smaller saw as it's for light use even though this model looks amazing.

Do not buy this item or any cloud based item from WD at this time. they have shut down cloud access to all cloud enabled remote devices due to a security breach. there is no timeline for this to be resolved. The units will only work as local NAS storage units with no remote access. Response to customers is just have to wait till its resolved after investigation . If you just bought this unit return it for refund and wait to see if and when the get this resolved and use another company like synology or Qnap.

Annnd ... it's hacked. Google : WD MyCloud Home hacked. All services are down and the MyCloud isn't accessible anymore. The online portal will be discontinued anyway from June on. Sorry.

It's not really made for sprinklers, it for a hose pipe, or just moving water from one place to another. If used right it's fine. Also, I measured the watts, it's not 350w but actually 197w.

I had a bathrom basin sink drain blocked for 3 days. During those three days I used 4 bottles of Mr Muscle drain gel Total cost £12.00 result = stilll blocked I then went to my local building supplers store and tried a very small bottle ( 250 mil`s ) of plumbers grade drain unblocker costing me £2.15 result basin drain free in 15 minutes I will not be wasting my money on Mr Muscle again

Thanks for posting! I just got home from buying these lights at IKEA and was positive I purchased all the necessary components. I was so mad to discover that the lights didn’t come with a wire (Vågdal) to connect to the darn driver. So annoying!

I have 0 electrical/engineering experience and am still looking for answers as to why my ring light will not turn on, but this was a great start to answering the puzzle, seeing the wires inside and what those are supposed to look like when it does work.

You would not be able to make a living or get re-hired doing this kind if Work! Unnecessary damage by using the Wrong tool to open the LED light. Screw Drivers No. Cell phone, watch repair or car door panel remover, Yes. Too much Mono Voice! Don't talk, your making people have to slap themselves!

it's fine for the patios but won't use it in the main garden. I connected up as you did to begin with. On balance not bad for a small garden for someone who can't handle a heavy watering can.

I can't open the bottle ! How do you open the bottle ?

beware I had two of these and both were faulty, when fully retracted and all squared up it was fine and would cut true but when cutting wide boards the saw was out by nearly 1.5mm by the time it was at full reach. both machines had the fault that the motor wasn't true inline with the runners. 1.5mm isn't much for rough cuts but when your wanting to do small boxes or cabinets then it matters. However apart from that its actually quite a good saw for the price.
