I think, instead of asking for the checklist straight away, its good to just observe after x no of dates. If by x no of dates, the other party still doesnt fulfill the important points in the checklist, then you should bring up the topic. Dating is a journey so that i dont think it should be rushed at all. My first date with a guy didnt go well but i applied what i mentioned and today we are five years and counting, with marriage and house plans next year. Maybe the current dating scene is tough because people arent patient to see results.

Actually in reality even when women are single, they are mostly dating around and practicing hypergamy as women prefer to date up while men prefer to date down. For men, the lower quality men are who cannot gfs will visit sex workers, while the top men have too many women in their life and will not commit. so its a chicken and egg situation unless women stay on their lane and date someone at same level (who will appreciate you more) instead of dating/sleeping men who are out of their league (as they wont marry you in the end)!
