    I discovered your channel last night and I am addicted to it!! Great content! I am a neuroscience researcher from the south of Spain and I loooove all your content. I have a few questions: 1️⃣I have been dealing with 15 years of insomnia. What fruits could I consume to induce sleep? 2️⃣Also, what fruits or herbs could I take for receding gums? 3️⃣I want to help a family member with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH). What FRUITS would be ideal for her to consume appart from herbs like Mullein? She has a lot of mucus and runs out of breath. 4️⃣For hair loss, what fruits would you recommend? 5️⃣Oranges are packed with apigenin, naringin, and naringenin. It also seems to be anti-estrogenic. Do you know of other fruits that are anti-estrogenic or progestogenic? Thanks!!😊

    Walnuts were my favorite, but no longer have teeth due to agent orange poisoning, occasionally I will powder them, but it’s hard to get organic here on my small island. You’re making me hungry! As a horticulturalist I use to start them from seed ,years and years before they produced nuts, that was so long ago I hardly remember.

The native Indians gave them food and medicine and that’s the payment they got from The E. race, pure wickedness onto them, literally massacred those land owners. Now worst curses are up on that wicked nation. The entire generation from the old to the very young. You see it everywhere and every single day now. In the USA we have institutions called "cooperative Extensions" which are branches of state and county agriculture commissions. I am sure Canada has something similar, the other option is to contact a university with an agriculture program, I am sure there is some sort of forestry program available as Canada produces quite a bit of pine products. Some cordyceps are harvested from certain plants instead of caterpillars. I wonder if the constituents are similar.

    • @botanicalmedicinestudycour5091
      @botanicalmedicinestudycour5091 2 месяца назад

      Excellent question! Thanks for asking, as soon as I posted, I realized I should have covered this, and of course my amazing, inquisitive and intelligent viewers picked up on this issue. Energetically, which is not scientifically measurable on one level, I would say no, but thanks to the fine people at the NIH in the US, they have done some extensive research on the subject. Obviously, demand is high and there are only so many caterpillar larvae to meet demand before entire ecosystems and extinction takes place. Cultivation in large "greenhouses" is helping to stem the problem. Spores are put on some sort of substrate and grown from there, and this is usually what is done for home use when you get a kit. It seems that overall natural versus cultivated cordyceps are the same, with cultivated having more proteins and substances that enhance energy (which is why most people take the supplement) and less carbohydrates, but overall in terms of measuring all substrates and comparison, they are equal. In the market, I am sure much of what is sold in packages such as powders and capsules is cultivated, if you use a Chinese Herb shop in a tea formula, it is probably natural . There is quite a bit of research regarding autoimmune disease as well as diabetes as well, but these issues need accurate diagnosis by both TCM professionals and orthodox methods, thank you so much for your question and feedback!
