FHFY: Riz & Sklonda Gukgak

Sklonda and Riz are the best mom-son duo in Dimension 20 Fantasy High Freshman Year, (not that they had much competition,) you can't change my mind, and are very dear to my heart. I probably missed a few small interactions but this video is so long already and I'm tired. I didn't include the voicemail Riz left his mom prior to the arcade battle, if you can think of any more moments I've left ou...

yeah brennan’s monologue is great but the ending of this episode (S2E2: Do I Hear $1?) lives in my head absolutely rent free. subscribe to dropout by collegehumor.

This video was a real game changer for me!
"i could stare at your back all day" :(
Well i would buy a tarantula to feed them too.
''You made friends? That's great news. WHY ARE YOU IN THE MURDER SCENE?!''
"i dont like whats happening here" im sure you dont you abusive employer!!!
DEMAND BETTER WAGES!!!
I would've ate it in the blink of an eye
Next time contestants unionise replace them with three Robosapiens. As robots replaces their job and they dont even need to be paid
I think if the players happen to unionise again they should should then "fire" the players and replace them with machines. Ie: A Robospaien, Teksta robot dog and robot vacuum cleaner for a round.
They did try doing that again but Sam introduced Katie to be a scab for the players to go against
There's a lesson in here for all of us.
this is so gorgeous and well edited, absolutely underrated 🫣💕
Sklonda Gukgak is such a milf
Omg he was prepared for it
Tome chan is my favorite girl of this series, ngl ❤
2:22 This was the first emotional moment in dimension 20 history and my god did it hit them all like a truck to the chest
For $10 I'd hold them in my hands. For $15 (for each cricket) I'd throw them at Grant.
Watching BLeeM play parents, even the not incredible ones makes me realise how absolutely horrid my own were, and not just mine, but like, *so* many of my classmates' and friends'.
The line that made me realize the same thing was from sophomore year to Adaine: “even Kristen’s parents, for as horrible as they could be, still wished that she had stayed” as comparison to the high elves who wanted their own daughter dead. My parents don’t WANT me dead but they wouldn’t care much if it happened.
@@daphneglasurus7886 I'm not sure I know which is worse. I've experienced both, and I cannot with certainty say that being wanted dead is any more terrifying than being emotionally and identity-wise strangled until utterly broken. I'm pretty aggro about my freedom, and a lot of my life I'd rather have been dead (actively tried, so conviction 100% on that point), than having the person I was choked out of me. Then again, neither Kristen's nor Adaine's parents are really like mine; at best it's only a similarity. By which I mean to say that I think one feels perhaps worse, because it's immediate and survivalistic, but having an identity is neccessary for survival, and I know the deep end of indoctrination and forced fawning. I don't really think it's comparable. Two aspects of hell. But yeah, there's some really, really painfully deep shit in there, from others than BLeeM too. Including that. Hadn't thought about that line for a while. Shiobhan, I find I almost always love every character she plays.
Sklonda Gugkak, the one (1) Good Cop
Riz's arc in season 1 made cry honestly as the oldest of a single mom and my dad absent in my life i wanted nothing more then to belive my dad was some hero from what young me knew he was in the marines and was a soldier when i got older about 11 i found out the truth he didnt leave because he had to and infact didn't leave because of operation Iraqi freedom he practically begs my mom to sign something so he wouldn't get deployed but didn't even come back to his child he left and started another family (sorry for the rant) anyways it made me cry because i remember countless times id find my dads old photos and how angry it made me to not have him but there was my mom comforting me and telling me its okay she used to tell me one thing that in the end its me and her against the world ...kinda like riz and his mom Text your parents if you're lucky enough to still have even one of them and can call or text them. I've truly been blessed and i thank god for the mother he gave me
As a child of horrible parents, seeing BLeeM depict these, nuanced, interesting, lovely parents is really healing to me. It's like, yeah, it might be "fake", but people *can* be good parents. Nothing I did, nothing you did, is why they weren't. Children are never the fault.
Belki bir gün...
DeepBlueInk needs to animate this as well
The Glockgaks baby!!!!!
This was fair.
I love whenever Rizz eats it’s so funny
11:09 love that the captions interpret Murph's Noise as [Music] 😂
I will never forgive Brennan "A Nat 20 Must Be Honored" Lee Mulligan for having Riz and Fig both try and set up Gilear and Sklonda, Gilear roll a Nat 20 charisma check, and then have them not get together. I lie awake at night thinking about it.
He’s charming, but not her type
I also love that Riz loves the idea. Like, he'd want to not just have Gilear as his step-dad, but have Fig's family be a part of his.
do you think he knew about gilear's ancestral curse even then
I'd put my hand in that box with crickets for a $100. Hell, I'd do it for free, but getting money for that would be cool too.
The first game changer moment I saw was this video. Now look how far I’ve come
What makes this more wholesome is that this was filmed shortly after Total Forgiveness. So Grant and Ally teaming up in solidarity was heartwarming.
10:07 If all things were equal financially, I wish Adaine had been adopted by Sklonda. I think that type of parental figure would really heal some of her familial trauma.
its like that fallout vault pfff
Reminds me of parks and recreation when Leslie had “friend day” gifts prepared for Ben and Ann well before they approached her about there being too many holidays
Sklonda was 100% my favorite of the NPCs from FHFY
for me it's sklonda's angry/desperate "no" when she sees riz at the murder scene at 4:21
"I've got nimble escape, so..." Murph is just the biggest nerd sometimes and it makes me very happy.
This is such a perfect compilation.
2:26 Their Goblin heritage coming out.
I like how Ally and Raph weren’t fully on board until Sam responded with outrage
Sam is his father's son.
"Hey, Angela? Why don't you fuckin' cram it!? This is Elmville, baby!" I never thought I'd be hot for a goblin woman, but here we are.
Moments like this make you remember that Sam's father was the US Secretary of Labor
anyone else remember that one vault in fallout where they had to sacrifice one person?
If I remember right Grant O'Brien drank toilet water through a straw on this episode, for a not large amount of money, but anything with crickets got him thinking outside the box
THE CRICKETS LIVE ANOTHER DAY
I love that they were expected to unionize lmao
Knowing who Sam's dad is just makes this that much better.
I was worried reading this comment, thankfully Robert Reich is pro-union
This has the same energy as Michael from the Good Place doing something sinister uet almost good natured
Ally: you have to pay me NOT to EAT THE CRICKETS!!!!
well ain't this relevant
7:35 Ally Beardsley says precisely 2 and a half words and, with your editing alley-oop, completely makes the scene. "Sweetie, go wait in the car." "All of u-?"
Fun Fact: Sam is the son of Robert Reich, who is Pro-Union and Bill Clinton’s Secretary of Labor.
