    The proper terms for Weight Effort are Strong and lLight. You can substitute firm for strong if you like, but heavy is NOT a quality of weight. Rather it is associated weight sensing or passive weight.

    LMA have always been confused me and it's been year now that I didn't dare to go and read more about it. Luckily my course convener shared your link with me and it all made absolute sense to me.
