    I still wouldn't trust my pet to just sit there and let it come towards them..if the sensor didn't work for some reason, it would slice them up.😢

    If Im only using the mower in my front yard can I place the RTK on the side of the house or does it need to face the yard that the is set up at this time to mow? I bought the wall/roof mount but it doesn't look at all like the one in the video...Mine doesn't have a white tightener ... it's more in line with the type of fastener that goes into the ground and tightens at the neck of the rod. Is there a difference? I have a LUBA 2 1000.

    Really need better instructions than this. Is the SIM card required, or optional? SIM card didn’t come with and there is no paper instruction relating to it. Instructions do not explain how to map and record the area. Machine appears to be excellent, but having a difficult time figuring out how to get it to function in my yard. That said, this video did not teach this end user how it works.

      @ The instructions provided do not have the information that you provided in link. I did use the instructions from the link. The RTK connects to Bluetooth, but the mower unit only says “positioning”. It says there are 22 satellites.

    My mower doesn't seem to go to the nearest dumping.. Instead it goes to some very far ones, thus losing a lot of times. Is there a solve for this?

      Hi! If you've set multiple dumping points, YUKA will move to the next one after filling each dumping point. As for prioritizing the nearest dumping location, our technical team is actively working to improve this feature. Thanks for your patience!

    Removing only the rtk and not the pole, need a lawn remapping? Also if I mark the antenna rotation? (mark on a pole + mark on antenna) Here (Italy) I expect a maximum -8 -10 in a rare very cold winter.. So not a real issue to leave it mounted.. But if possible I love to take care of it😅

      As long as the pole remains in the same position without any displacement, there’s no need to remap. However, after reinstalling the RTK next year, it’s a good idea to run a boundary mow first to check if there’s any shift in the positioning.

    My Yuka doesn’t follow my boundary and it seems to be dodging leafs on the ground even though I told it not to so I am not too impressed unfortunately If I where to go back and make the decision to go out and spend £2,000 on Yuka I wouldn’t I do NOT recommend I should have just gone and bought a ride-on mower

    Can i pick it up and set it down on another location? If i cannot make a channel for example? What if the RTK Antenna is on the other Side of the house? Will it still work?

      Yes, you can set tasks for area 1 and 2 respectively, turn on the machine after moving it, and then press start mowing manually after LUBA is positioned and fixed. However, if there is no charging channel/charging station is not in this area, it cannot be automatically charged and needs to be moved back manually for charging.

      Thank you for reaching out! The APN (Access Point Name) for the SIM card can be obtained from your mobile service provider, and the latest version of our system now supports manual APN input. Could you please confirm the status of your network connection, especially the 4G network? A stable connection (either Wi-Fi or 4G) is required to check YUKA’s status remotely.

    Unfortunately, their Support seems to be non-existent. We've had a Luba 2 now for a few months and it has never worked right- and now it does not work at all---and has not worked at all for weeks.... We've tried sending support tickets by …email several times (5-10 times) with No Luck. We've tried to call their phone number and left a very-detailed message begging for help--no luck---No call backs or replies to any email ticket. And we've tried the Support from inside the app... and If someone does ever reply---They usually offer no real help and can do nothing as they say state they are not the "Relevant" department. After scanning around Reddit for help...you can see that many people have broken Luba's and that the Technical Support is mostly non-existent. I would suggest don't be an Early-Adopter like us and wait till the bugs are worked out...
Do Not Buy Now any Luba product now. All this and we bought Directly from the company. And it's Brand-New... just a couple months old.

    Mommotion does NOT honor their two-year warranty. My Luba 5000 broke down, rubber protective boots that protect the motors and internal electronics started disintegrating, within withing six months. I contacted mommotion on March 8, 2024, here it is Sept, 6, 2024, six months later and still no service or support. Now they do not even answer their phones, it goes to a voice mail that is never answered. They rarely respond to e-mail. I have a long e-mail of them saying they are going to replace it. What they say is as good as the paper it is written on. I can in no way shape or form recommend mommotion due to their lack of support. You will end up, like myself, with $3000 door stop. There are many more robotic lawn mowers on the market. I recommend looking elsewhere.

    How will it select the different spots to dump? Does it keep track of the loads per spot?

      Currently, it allows the robot to dump at the nearest dumping point after mowing or sweeping a specified area (default: 10 m²) based on your settings.

    My experiences with the Luba 2 is that the robot is pretty awesome, but the app is clunky and has issues. I've also had some issues with my Luba not working as it should (not charging reliably, not resuming jobs after charging during a job), and trying to get tech support for it has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I do believe they are working on both of these things, so hopefully they will continue to improve, but for now your experiences may vary greatly depending upon who you manage to get in contact with. After finally getting some help I'm hopeful that I can get my Luba working as it should but still not sure.

    Hi, on that video when the RTK and the solar panel are both mounted together, the black antenna is not screwed under le RTK. Is it normal not to mount the black antenna on the RTK in this configuration rtk and solar panel mounted together?

      Hi, sorry for the confusion. It's recommended to install the black antenna when the RTK and solar panel are mounted together. The antenna ensures optimal performance, so it's best to have it in place.

    The video does not show the whole truth, the mower does not mow where the dump zone is set. On the video we can see the grass has been mowed there.

      You're right-this video doesn’t capture the entire mowing, collecting, and dumping process (because, let's be honest, that would be a bit of a marathon to watch!). But it's a real clip from one of our users, showing their YUKA in action after a little creative editing!

    Yuka crashed into a car and scratched it. Then it left the working area and headed right into the next obstacle. The navigation and the avoidance safety tech with the camera does not work good enough as for now. The sweeper is not recognized for navigation either, so it crashes into obstacles left and right. Just posting it here on youtube as well, since such posts on the official forums seem not to be welcome. Work on your software, Mammotion.

      Here's step by step: 1. In your app under your antenna pic go to the top right and look for the octagon shaped settings button and click on it. 2. Click on Device Information 3. Click on Unbind I believe this may solve your problem.

    Is it avoiding the obstacles? It seems with small obstacles, the camera moves in closer and the Luba 2 is reacting to that motion 🤔

    Before buying this companies product be sure and read there return and warranty for there product. also when watching videos, check to see if they get a commission if you use there link to buy one. they also use snail mail shipping letting the electronics get bounced around and mishandled by every 18 year old in the U.S. mine has been to 15 different locations in transit, and it is past where i live on the map. still waiting after 6 days. they seem to package there units well, but hard foam does not stop shock from transferring into the container/mower and everything else in the box. Printed circuit boards and there components do not like being jarred around. if my box is damaged i may just try the Yarbo mower with all its attachments.

      Well wait till you actually get it. Besides the first mowing of the season, my Luba 2 has did our lawn. I love it, the best investment I made in lawn care ever.

    When I bought the LUBA 2, I purchased the RTK wall mount too. Works great.. But my version of the wall mount, seems a lot LESS high than the one I see in the video. Was this wall mount changed and am I stuck with a version that's not compatible for mounting the solar panel?

      Thank you for reaching out. The video showcases two versions of the RTK wall mount. The older version requires the RTK and the solar panel to be installed separately, while the newer version allows for both to be mounted together.
