Super vidéo, conseils intéressants ! 🙂 C'est compliqué comme sujet, trouver sa voie, un sens à la vie, atteindre ses objectifs, être heureux, etc. Mais, personnellement, en complément, je conseille le livre "RÉUSSIR SA VIE", de Nathan Stone. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut savoir, clair, pas de discours superflu, le top. Il cerne bien tous les aspects et ça peut convenir à tout le monde, c'est ça qui est bien ! 👌

Guérir l'esprit, cela ne vous choque pas ? Ce ne serait pas plutôt guérir le mental ? L'esprit qui anime tout être n'a pas à être guéri, l'idée que nous aillons un esprit personnel, à soi, semble improbable. Le mental qui produit de drôles d'idées comme celle-ci peut être mis en accord avec l'esprit de ce qui est, et donc être guéri, oui. Corrigez-moi si mon mental ne trompe. 🙏 La traduction des mots esprit et mental des enseignements originels ne peut être le même mot.

Much like the tale of 'The Emperor's New Clothes' - the ever-immature American mind looks at these severe, repressed, marginally violent (psychologically if not physically) beings and becomes impressed, in almost adolescent idolatry, by what they conclude is a 'great teacher' - assuming all that (s)he says and does comes from a place of pure perception and higher awareness. This man is sick. He drank heavily. Why? For the same reasons that the drunk down the street or your maiden aunt drinks heavily - to escape inner or outer pain, to flee reality, to comfort one's inconsolable suffering. He looks like hell, he's been through the mill. . .but he has a robe on, and now and then a few pieces of his decimated English are interpreted to be brilliant. But he might just as well be the alcoholic on the next street corner, were it not for your adulation and trust. And so, what's so bad about drinking? He can still be a great teacher, can't he? No, he cannot. . .because drinking allows the birth of the divided soul, in which our being fractures itself into several irreconcileable pieces, a Humpty who can never be put back together again, each fragment living its independent life. . .whilst you go believing all is well..... But all is far from well, my friends, and, once you awaken from the trance that allows you to tell yourself you are, somehow or other, a 'Zen' being, you will see, as the Man from Nazareth admonished, that 'It is by their fruits that you shall know them,' and nothing else - not their words, robes, shaved heads, Japanese accents, broken English, contradictions. Take great care!
