Thank you so much for posting this. I have two of Laura’s patterns and kits, and haven’t been able to understand her underlay technique. I took a workshop with her several years ago but this technique wasn’t used then. Your demo is easy to understand and now I can’t wait to get started!!!! Thank you!
What is the name of the paper please ? And is their alternatives?
Steam a Seam 2 is the product used for backing the motifs.

Hi Lisa Great introduction to start saving floral fabrics and then do a collage. Thank you
Thank you for viewing!
Hi Lisa, I am looking at doing some fabric collage and your video is so helpful, I can see how having a stack of motifs sitting next to you of a night and doing most of the cutting in one go is a great way to get it all done. Thank-you for explaining that it’s ok to keep the background fabric on, I’m not big on too much fussy cutting, and you have shown how easy it can be to get your collection started and then the fun can begin.😊🙏
Thank you for your comments. I hope you have as much fun with the technique as I do!
Great
