The problem with North America societies are they promote too much freedom for individuals and forget about the benefit of the whole society as a whole. In the educational system, they want teachers to care for each individual, they call a differential lesson plan, it is unreality, to teach the same level of grade, 9, or 10, 11 of the curriculum that fit each differential level. Rather than teaching in the middle of the curriculum and gradually raising the bar for all. Be a teacher and you will know this is unrealistic, teacher go around, teaching one student is 15 minutes for one, can only help a maximum is 3 or 4 students for one concept a day in a class of 25 students. Imagine all students learn only one concept a day, compared to 25 students who can learn 5 concepts a day in a curriculum of grade level for hundreds of concepts, which way is better? No wonder public education is so bad, as all students only can learn that little by the end of the year of the curriculum. Not to mention besides teaching one individual for 15 minutes, a teacher has to deal with all the noise levels and do classroom management as no one can hear what the teachers teach. It is truly unrealistic what they expect a teacher to do in his classroom. Public Education therefore is doomed to fail. This is just facts.
