I been trying to solve this issue for awhile with out digging a ditch. I will someday I'm sure but for now I have a heat tape on it that has worked fine in the last 3 years even to 10 bellow 0. I just installed a 2nd pump for a back up but If the 1st one trips the breaker both will go out. So now I got that issue to work on. Will likely install another GFI on a different circuit.
