Wireless Transmission of Energy (+Circuit)
You need just a 9V battery as power supply to transfer electrical energy and demonstrate it. REAL and very effective " transfer of electrical energy" as Nikola Tesla did almost two centuries ago with no use of spark gap, but a modern setup using a transistor and extremely easy electronic RF circuit diagram (no induction effects).

Can radiant energy pass THROUGH a spark gap and on through series circuit , if it's in a small vacuum chamber? There is way less dissipation into ambient air, and the energy may be useful downstream. In 2005-2008, A sealed extreme high efficient vacuum dual coils relay , as originally for a electrical 60 cycles signals pole box, was used with engine experiments, to generate more efficient hydrogen gas from water. The engines would run with spark plug electrolysis, but only with the special relays applied to pass both high voltage and 7amps current! (not used for a relay purpose, but for contacts, diodes and inductors) I recently built one with Carlon sealable 4" box, vacuum gauge, valve, and Tesla spark gap with magnets, diodes, cap and hand vacuum pumper tool. Not tested yet. See one of Nathren's / S1R engines running,- S1R9A9M9 You tube videos 1+2. It was started with battery. Battery disconnected. I don't know anything about electricity. But I can see the wire you call "ground" is connecting both sides of the setup. For me, that makes it seem like it's not wireless, but is just going through the wire? Why not try to connect to the real ground to see if it still works? Otherwise, maybe the power transmission you are experiencing is just going through the cable? Also, how do you get the signal to 16 MHz? What part of the circuit generates this oscillation? Is it just a function of the design of the coils? Are the coils free metal or are they coated with an insulator?

The spark gap should be in parallel and the capacitor in series, one of the reasons is that it extends the oscillations and increases the economy, furthermore this is meant to be a reactive power producer circuit that occurs from the free oscillations bouncing around in the circuit at its resonant frequency per spark discharge, reactive power cannot be tapped directly since it kills the oscillations so another trick is required. Tesla's tech is meant to go beyond energy, reactive power is where he was headed into and the hairpin circuit is an example of such a device, but tapping it directly is not how it's meant to be used.
