So just use their distribution assets to get meds out there. Let Ibrahim Traore solve it. I think he is more the capable. Plus he wants us out of Africa. Stopped watching when the guy on the left wrongly assumed with his poor logic that scientists that go to school for a very long time somehow apply the scientific method in their day to day lol, even worse the fact that most scientists cherry pick data to validate their hypothesis or the hypothesis of who's funding them.

I quote at the end of the video (Approx between 6:30 and 7:00) : "I can find some iota, somewhere, that proves I'm right. There's a matter of 90% of the data says I'm wrong. And we see it every day in politics, we see it every day in religion, we see it every day in climate activism." Climate """"activism"""" isn't a "thing". These, are FACTS. FACTS that are proven by 100% of the scientists out there. Maybe 99% of scientist, because there will always be that 1% outlier that refuses reality. This sentence is killing your argument. :) How can I believe anything from this video, with this sentence being out here, not contradicted ? You have thousands, if not DOZENS of thousands of articles that can talk about that, in DETAILS. Scientific details which depicts the equations upon which our world works.

I think part of the problem is that we still tend to separate the observation from the observer and the logic from the one constructing the argument. The psychological state, emotions, perceptions, etc influences the outcome. An analogy from physics would be relativism. Space and time that seem fundamental are in fact dependent on the location and velocity of the observer relative to the observation. From biology we can see we evolved to survive and reproduce. Does it matter in terms of evolution that humans are accurate in their assessments of reality? Only as much as humans or their ideas can survive and reproduce. Does me believing the earth is flat have any bearing on my day to day life? Not really. But in the long run it can on our species. But hey I’ll be dead by then so who cares. I did my bit. There’s also the illusion of being a god, that we perceive all and are in control. It’s a defense mechanism to protect the fragile ego and body.

Chompski said the news is there to manufacture consent. I always listen to news while thinking about what they want me to believe. Who do they want me to hate today. You’re certainly correct today but in Cronkite’s time we had the “fairness doctrine” which required the networks to put on the news as fair and balanced they had to be forced to put the news on because it lost money things went bad as soon as 1968 we 60 mins started to make money then everything became about making money. Our challenges todays is if your news is free you’re selling your eyeballs and what captures eyeballs is not accurate nor truthful Because we are hardwired to believe beautiful lies

It isn't even a horseshoe. The "worst of the right" would be the Italian fascists and the German Nazis. Fascism has socialist roots in the work of Giovanni Gentile, and the -zi part of the word Nazi refers to "socialistiche" as a shortened moniker for the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei. They were not the opposite end of the political spectrum to the communists they were simply another brand of left-wing authoritarianism. The opposite end of the political spectrum is classical liberalism and anti-authoritarianism. People have been fooled into thinking that right wing means Hitler, just like they were fooled into thinking the experimental mRNA "treatment" for Covid was just another form of vaccination, backed up remarkably even to the point of the radical and obvious change of definition of a vaccine. It is a constant source of amazement to me how willing people are to just believe the crowd when it is obvious that the emperor has no clothes.

Not all the parts of all religions are bad but all religion suck ass. Religions create mob mentality and much of it is based on lies. When you see the world in black-and-white, good and evil, right and left, your bias is showing. Sounds boring.

I don't think most atheists think religion is "bad." They acknowledge the reality of it. Religion trains the mind to accept "reasoning" by faith and faith is not a good method of reasoning. Religion is by definition "making stuff up" to answer questions that would be better honestly answered by "I don't know" instead of "that makes me feel good so let's go with that." Religion grabs on to and claims secular wisdom as it's own and then takes credit for it which is about as dishonest as it gets. No one has said there is no wisdom to be had in religion but it is true that there is no wisdom in religion that is not accessible through other means. Means that acknowledge reality instead of magic.
