Doesn't it feel like an honour to be in this town? We were here two weeks ago. We chose to do a fjord tour. So sad I didn't let my husband climb up all those stairs…
@@twilalebold320 we feel so blessed to be able to travel to these amazing places. We scheduled to be back in Alesund next year on a week fiord cruising. Fiords are so beautiful, I don’t think you made a bad choice. Maybe you will return for another chance to climb the mountain.

@@MeandMyManlyMan the pool was heated prior to the ice so it cold but not freezing. Going into the ocean at Myrtle Beach at Christmas was colder.

@@MeandMyManlyMan it was a great port to visit. The benches weren’t so hot that they would mailed something, but you could definitely tell they were heated.
We did both today and enjoyed it but it was very hot 🥵
It is so great that you got to see them and experience the views I hope. We were there in late October and it was plenty warm during the day so I can imagine that you had it much warmer.
What a nice way to spend your time in Allison, Norway! Did Jerry make you think there were meatballs in town? Lol!
@@jameskimmykatcrespo it wasn’t Jerry. The cruise director talked about them during the port talk. No loss, but I had IKEA meatballs and lingonberry sauce in mind though.

@@DollaandNiles glad you enjoyed the video. If you do directions from point to point on Google then select the train icon, Google will give you step by step directions for walking to the train station and then the train number. If you transfers to other trains or buses it show those.

Great video! How do they keep kids out of retreat pool? Who enforces it?
I don’t know on that we didn’t see any kids around that pool while we were there.
Thanks for sharing your days in Amsterdam before getting on your cruise. James and I thought that there was no way Captain Jack could steer his vessel inside that first tunnel. Looked pretty close to us! We noticed boats docked on side of the canals. Do people live in them?... some of them looked as if they had grass and flowers growing on the tops. The homes and or business were so pretty in Zaandam... looked like a fairy town... loved it!
@@jameskimmykatcrespo the boats are made to just barely fit through some of those bridges. People do live in those boats. They are some of the most expensive places to live in Amsterdam. I am so glad that I didn’t stand up at wrong time. Where I was first sitting I couldn’t see the bridges coming.

@@peggy2429 Thanks, the cruise was really wonderful. Zaandam is beautiful city and is halfway between Amsterdam and the cruise port we went out of.
A good video , but why do you have music on , it's good to hear the sounds of people moving around 😢
@@KennethBilling I recorded this early in the morning without many people about. In outdoor spaces the mic picks up a lot of wind noise. Many times you would hear me breathing a lot. I use the audio when I can and since this was made I use software that’s able to enhance the voices so I use more of the video camera’s audio.

Does your dome light go out after the hatch is open a few minutes? Mine does. 2020 Grand Caravan . Do you sleep with the hatch open? We sleep with ours closed due to the increase in Black Bear (SW Missouri, Table Rock Lake).
We have not used it a lot, but what we have, we have had the hatch open. The Pilot has a switch to turn off the interior lights otherwise they stay on and run down the battery.
Nice looking setup Bruce. I ran my battery down one time and that was enough. Bought a Jackery 400W at Harbor Freight for 199 bucks. Have used it a lot.

Thank you for sharing a beautiful Barcelona experience its enlightening! Detailing every bits of it, it's amazing to watch it looks like the city has a lot of enchanting layers to it.
We spent a week there and weren’t ready to leave.
We’re going to Barcelona on the first week of May of this year with my mom hoping good weather still
This is a excellent video. The 360° camera did a fantastic job of showing the cave, I could look around and see everything I wanted as you walked around. Hopefully we get to Bermuda one day soon.

The cave was dark for video. I am getting the new version of the 360 camera. It will do a little better in future low light conditions

Hi Bruce & Tawnee - Thanks for sharing your hop on, hop off bus experience in Barcelona. It sure does look like a beautiful place to see. I was surprised to see Palm Trees! The La Familia Sagrada Basilca looked like it was a giant sandcastle! It truly looked like it was made of sand.. Lol! Was wondering what was hanging down towards the street at time stamp 17:20... were those some kind of decorative lights? Anyway, everything looked so pretty and hope James and I can get there to explore someday...
We spent a week there and it wasn’t long enough. I believe those dangly things were like tinsel and glass. I don’t think they were lighted, reflected lights along the street. We didn’t go down that street after dark. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for unboxing. I bought it last year for my Honda Passport and it is still in a box lol since we camped with our toy hauler last summer. I wanted something for quick overnight stays with SUV but I am wondering if Clam gazebo tent that would go over back door hatch would be faster, able to stand alone and have more open feeling during the day as a shelter from rain or bugs. The price is not much different. What do you think would be best based on your usage so far?
I am not familiar with the Clam Gazebos, but from what I saw on their website you would have to figure out a way to seal the area underneath the vehicle from insect entry as well as how well you could get the top sealed from insects since the zippered opening peaks in the middle leaving a gap.
How early did you have to get up to film this? I'm on the ship in a few years and it's helped us lots, thanks
I got up at 4:30 AM and was at the fitness center before 5. Fitness Centers get a lot of people after 5 AM. Our next cruise in June will be in daylight going from Amsterdam to Boston so I hope to get better outside video.
