I've made this a few times and it came out amazing! But could you clarify the amount of double cream in the pouring milk and the topping. The written recipe says 280ml*2, but the video says 100ml or grams in the pouring milk? Thanks

Original Tres Leche Cake doesn't contain Butter, You have shown a normal cake recipe. Tres leche cake has the Egg yolks whisked separately with Sugar, then flour is folded in, next the Egg whites whisked separately with sugar until stiff peaks. Then the Egg whites are folded into the mix. This is because it is a light Sponge, not a standard cake. The milk mix is added to a warm cake, then left to absorb the milk for a few hours preferably overnight. Its supposed to be a moist cake. In the comments a few people have made misunderstood the concept of this cake, it is not soggy it is meant to be that way. Its a milk cake .
