If the RV is really dirty, I first foam it down with 3D Super Prewash and let it sit a while before rinsing off. I then use Turtle Wax Pure Wash and then use a soft bristle brush just like you do. I then rinse the RV and for my last foam I use Mirror Finish Touchless Ceramic Spray and Rinse Sealant. We have very hard water so I built myself a DI filter system so I don’t get water spots. It turns my water to 0 ppm water.

Depending on your state, you may need a CDL or an endorsement. The limit is 26,001 lbs of GVWR. This has a 41,000 LBS rating. But my state doesn't require a CDL. So I can drive through all states based on my home state. Yes it does have air brakes and air ride suspension.

That is a good set of ideas, I have found that the wind is one of the main factor that make my MPG's go up and down. I am also guilty of always towing with full water because it is so slow to fill and a pain to find water when boon docking.

I know what you are saying, traveling in "Vacation Mode" in my RV is very different from Truckers who are working. I do try to get in get out and stay out of the way. Even if I traveling and working the image is that I have all the time in a day to travel. Either way I just stop to sleep at truck stops mostly like a trucker. I also like to be away from the idling trucks, this also leads to me being out of the way a bit more.

The problem is these RV parks; sometimes they don't want "Truck" looking Recreational Vehicles at their Resorts. It's absolutely ridiculous. These Super-Cs are built more rugged for actual boondocking or unexpected road detours from-Hell. Yes, engine noises are more but the driving dynamics are much better and Safety.

"It has a monster engine in it". Sorry to inform you but a Cummins 6.7 ISB is not a monster engine for that rig. In fact, it is on the verge of being under powered. A larger engine running easier would probably get better fuel economy. Furthermore, that engine doesn't have a Jake brake from factory. A larger engine like the 8.3 or the ISL would probably have one. An exhaust brake is not a Jake brake.

    • @RVTravel_And_Accessories

Thanks for the reply. I was completely wrong on the Jake Brake vs. and Engine Brake. I will certainly correct that in another video. As far as the Engine and the power is concerned. I do very much like the Super C. It is "BIG" and yet very easy to drive. It is solid, you are not way up high in the wind like with a class A. It have tons of power and yet it goes nice and slow, and just purrs along. The engine will out last all of us. The thing is expensive to own and insure. It has a really cool Air Horn, and a horn in the steering wheel, which was a surprise to me.

I hope everybody would read my comment .My dream was to buy a class A motor home , until last weekend I google about if class A motor home had any air bags , they said no , because the person sits up high , then I did some reading on the same page , wow it said if a class A motor get in a 20 mile per hour crash , you can say good bye to your rig . In front of your class A , , you don't have any protection at all , if you get into a front end collision , you can kiss your butt good bye , sure you might be sitting up high , but what's going to stop a car or a truck from going right threw your motor home , what your generator ? well you better guess again . And how much you pay for your class A ? . I been trucking for almost 40 years . Let me tell you about the Cummins diesel . To start with they like to be pamper = change the oil with synthetic and every 2nd oil change the air filter . My co worker buys a 2008 1 ton Dodge truck with a Cummins in it , last year he tells that he has 800,000 miles on it and still running just like new and never did any work on the motor . If there is any doubt ask any trucker about the Cummins and how good they are , better yet ask them how many miles they got on their truck . Super C motor home is the smarter choice to buy . Cummins motor would out last most people and here is why , they like to be cool , by having the motor up front they get lots of air flow . When you pop open the hood of a Super C , you would notice how easy it would be to do some work under the hood . That big Cummins in the front of your Super C would give you lots of protection if you get into a front end crash

Glad you like them! I really like the size and the way this drives. My neighbor has a Super C as well his is about 4 feet shorter and have even more torque in the Cummins engine. I am thinking about driving mine all the way across the country to Florida to get out of the cold.

Do you think you would have problems flat towing an F150 weighing around 5-6k in hills and mountains? Im looking at a Jayco in the next few years. What kind of RPM’s are you running pulling a trailer uphills.

Had it been europe it would have been double. So it always hilarious when americans complain about fuel prices

If it was Europe it would have been a 1965 VW Vanogan, without a whole bunch of the stuff my Motorhome has, but yes you are correct Fuel is expensive all over the world.

How much does 8 nights in a hotel or an AirBNB cost? Pluss you pay airfare or gas in a car or turck to get to the place. This way I spent the 350 and had a nice place to stay for a full week and to get back home safely. (I know I have tons of other Motorhome costs as well) The $350 was round trip, but yes it seems like a big shock to the system.

No thanks, but at least you (MIGHT) get paid for using that fuel. Love all you truckers, be safe.

And just think I was only 3/4 empty, if it was empty It could have taken another 24 gallons. I think i hit a gas pump limit as I was not at a super big truck stop. This is why I never let it get empty. I always fill at 1/2 or less, it is a lot cheaper that way.
