Imagine that perfectly situated house by the river @23:42 but the view to the river is being blocked by trees and bushes besides the fact that you don't practically have access to it. Kinda feel bad if I'm the home owner lol

another excellent build - really like the hardware store and the bluffs. The hardware store makes so much sense - it's near a marshland so it wouldn't get zoned for residential or office - really creative use of the "muscle car garage" - never thought to remove the junkyard part and make it fit another purpose.

The fact that you have less than 1k subs is actually insane. Your detailing is amazing.

Somehow, the last 3 months of work felt like it was on a new map. I had no idea you were just continuing in a new area haha. The aerial shots clarified that, thanks. I suggest, with all the dense forests around the area, that the family atop the hill made a fortune on producing and selling lumber locally and in the wider region. Especially during the gilded age when a lot of cities used more lumber in general. Now the family keeps the company to itself but as times have changed the profit margins have decreased. None the less, the family has a lot of old wealth, and obviously have reinvested it in other business opportunities. I would suggest making a large timber depot with adjecent work areas somewhere in the region to supplement the family lore.

Just found your channel. Your detailing is impeccable! CS2 needs block assets like CS1. That way you could make those trailers functional. One bit of detail I'd add to the "bad" trailer park is a few cars parked right on the grass. 🤣 Anyway, you got a SUB from me! ❤

If they are what I think they are, those wooden pylons are usually attached to floating docks as an anchor point, I think. They allow the dock to only move up and down and not sideways. They also act as a barrier to things floating downstream. So in this case it likely wouldn't do much, but it still looks super cool. It's a nice way to mark the edge of the drop off.

If you click on the tomb and the base asset that it extends high lights as well they are still working, benefits all in place.

You are a very underrated detailer and definitely should have more subscribers. Great work you do.
