    Now I don't feel too bad since I don't take creatine or work out more than 4 times a week 1 hour each time. I can do 25 in approx 40 seconds I'd say. But that's it, I can't do a single one more.

      Guinness WR requirements are a unique thing for sure. There was a kid that beat Goggin's 24hr pullup record and I'd argue his form was completely normal compared to this speed thing. Cool little RUclips video out there about it if you're interested.

    That’s true. Some general rules for good pull-ups though, focus on proper scapular retraction(arched/big chest), chest to bar within 2 inches form is like a reverse ohp. For hypertrophy goals use a slower eccentric than concentric it’ll will light anyone’s lats of fire. It’s important to hold the bar as tight as you can as this allows more force production.
