This is where I am currently putting together a collection of creative projects ranging from musical performance, compositions and instruction to live action and animated video experiments.
This is also the home of "Feary Tales" - a collection of family friendly and mildly scary videos that my daughter Ella and I have been slowly compiling.

The Grass Is Greener
Not too long ago I was driving through South Georgia on my way to an early morning rehearsal. It was a very serene morning traveling the back roads through forests and farmland. I had to brake suddenly for a family of about a half-dozen White-tailed Deer. Shortly afterward I came across several fields of cattle grazing in the morning twilight. That's when the idea for this little story came into my mind. I imagined encounters between these two species and how it might have gone with one group of animals in a day to day struggle to survive while living a life of freedom and the other living quite comfortably yet in captivity.

When Breakout Mouse invades an old man's home something ridiculous does happen. A little exercise in linear and frame by frame animation created in FlipaClip, edited and scored in Reaper. Thanks to my kids Joe and Ella for lending their voice talents to this project.

The lyrics are taken from a children's poem dating back to the 19th century known as "Two Dead Boys" or "One Fine Day". Origins of this poem are very unclear and the author, although attributed to several people, is unknown. The approach to this is a tribute to Curtis Knight's song "Strange Things" which borrowed from the same poem and featured Jimi Hendrix on guitar. Check it out. ruclips.net/...

This is a fun look at a picture that has been in my family for many generations and a chance to "meet the artist" that painted the original. One of the first animations that I started a couple of years ago when I first got into animation. Still a little rough around the edges, but decided to finish just because it's fun.

I miss this man, i think about him everyday. He was my step father till i was about 12 years old i remember everything he taught me. I remember him taking my brother and i to some of his gigs. I was never really into music like that but when i met him i got to know who george clinton was. He played a huge roll on my life and made me who i am today. Im thankful for the moments and memories i have of him. Wish i could have got to see him again. Wanted to show him how far I've grown. I really did enjoy this video brought back alot of memories when i heard that bass.

One thing, he isn't playing the b7 on this, he is playing the 5th, so the 16th note figure should be G to D not G to F like you have it. Another suggestion is to add chord symbols.
