@@TrenchMan93 I am still working on it, but slower than i would like at the moment. My city was hit by Helene and work has been rough this year. It's still moving right a long though.

@@d93gaming55 its on my list of things, but I'm more focused on my film at the moment. I have to relearn everything for modding the game. I do have the original project files on one of my hard drives, so I still have things to work off of at some point.

I'd love to still do it! I'm just swamped with my current film and working my regular job right now. =( It's definitely on my short list of things I want to do!

@@demonhunter935 Yeah, everything from this video was still a bit WIP at the time, so I've been tweaking things here and there like Leon extending his hand or the zombie headshot. Its taking some time to finish to finish this film, but progress has never stalled so there is that! 🙂 I will say for the OG scene of Leon telling Claire to duck, Leon definitely looks to be lowering his aim at Claire. The camera cuts to the shot of the zombie behind Claire just as he starts to lower his draw. When it cuts back to him, he is raising his aim from below around his waist. In the Remake, he definitely doesn't drop his aim though and just tells Claire to duck so he can shoot the zombie. I've tweaked my shot a little since then, but Im still leaning towards the former version of the scene.

@@Atlier Really? guess I missed that shot of Leon raising his gun in the og version of that scene, guess me playing the REmake for so long made some sort of mandela effect in my head. But at any rate, it's great to hear that this project hasn't been canceled. If you don't mind, I have a couple questions about your models, will you be altering Leon's uniform to be closer to his orignal one? And could we possibly see your models ported to the REmakes in the future? Hopefully i'm not coming off as an overly critical commenter, i'm just very curious about your project, haha.

@@demonhunter935 No, you are fine. I toyed with the idea of removing things like the knee pads from Leon's outfit, but with him having the elbow pads I felt he looked more consistent with them. The smaller differences from his original look, to me, weren't as egregious as Claire's classic outfit debacle. I would like to port the models at some point in the future, but I will definitely have to spend time relearning the steps and or get help on making them look better in game.

@@Atlier Yeah, I guess the only real difference between Leon's uniform form the original game would be the colors, and the radio speaker his shoulder. Hey there, I've not forgotten about it and get asked about it every so often. I will say, it's in the pipeline. I would like to release a classic pack, that has every character, but that won't be until after or around the time I finish my film. I also still have a decent amount of info to still learn about modding the game, which is where some of my problems lie with releasing it. For example, I can't get certain texture maps to work and its frustrating. The other is my time to work on stuff is limited and I'll probably always choose my film first over modding RE2R. Saying that, I'll think about spending a little more time on them going forward. Also, If you need one, Zkys3dge on Nexus has a really great Classic Claire up for download. They are updating sometime soon with a great looking V2.

I'm pretty sure I still have it on one of my older harddrives, along with my classic Sherry and Annette. I'll look into it at some point. I've been researching the RE2R mod scene again to try and port my film models in the future. I've unfortunately forgotten a lot of the process of porting, so if I can't figure it out I'll try and release the beta ones.

@@Atlier Wow, did not expect to get a reply so fast :) Also, you changed Sherry and Annette as well?! If Claire is like that, I can only imagine how cool those too would be Would be fire to have the betas available, but if is too bothersome, I totally understand. Thanks for the response, hoping you manage to port the models :3

@@Atlier of course ^-^ I’m excited to see the finished project. I know it takes a bit of time to do so no pressure on releasing it soon.

My goal is to use all voice work from the original RE2 first and foremost. I will also be using things from other games in the series that deal with Raccoon City. Any scenes that aren't from the OG RE2, I'm going to get outside help with or just be creative. The few shots in the above trailer are just place holders currently.

@@Atlier Well if you ever do need voices for a scene I would happily offer my voice to act in scenes.

I do hope to convert these models into Remake at some point in the future, I have to relearn modding for that game first.

I can see that. I'll look into adjusting them.
