Got this one by going from the secret mission location then all jump air hike spam gerbera to until i reached that blue orb

I’m confused AF right now. When do you press and release after the first cut??? It feels like I’m doing it at the right time but it doesn’t work. I never had these problems DMC 3 and 4

Y'know? I know it is consider more of a skill issue than anything but I prefer how it was implemented in DMC3 where you can just hold it use and repeatedly use the button for more cuts, this time it is only about timing, idk, I just like the simplistic stuff going in DMC3, still trying to learn the cut in 5 tho (at times I even get a perfect cut but trying to replicate it multiple times is a little hard for me at this moment, maybe later I learn how to do it consistently)

once i figured out that doing JC while airborne is easier those JCx3 started rolling in. just add in the doppelganger and sdt and suddenly all enemies are mysteriously gone.

Best guide i seen, wonder why its so hard to pull off lol. but after a while practising, i did it.. (i sometimes somehow did 4 jc's..) tyvm for this guide..and yes..all his skills spamming makes him crazy hahaha

I don’t think I’ll ever hear Vergil say jackpot in game bc I’ve already trained my brain for the timing of attacking, then doing judgement cut, I can’t do it the normal spam way without resetting my several hours of attack, then judgement cut brain wiring

I'm a little late to the party, but big thanks for the vid. It's also so much easier pulling JCs in the air that it is on the ground. The timing is more consistent. And I find relying on the JC animation easier to pull it off than on Vergil sheathing the Yamato. Just my opinion though.

Something really cool I found out is that every time he Sheaths the Yamato he gains progress to the DT gauge and in sin devil trigger form he will gain DT outright if you perform Yamato combo a if you let him finish the animation. anytime Virgil sheaths the Yamato he'll gain progress to dt it also includes any other combo with the Yamato as long as he sheaths it. also certain taunts as well it's a really cool feature

After looking at Vergil's animations, it seems that the moment he fully sheathes his sword you let go of your trigger before holding it back immediately. Imagine holding down the trigger as if you're holding the Yamato sheathed; the moment you unsheathe the Yamato(let go of the trigger) is very short before unsheathing it again. I would like to put a disclaimer that I'm fairly inexperienced in DMC though. The analogy of using a bow made by @alternateaccount7940 really helps as well

Basically to dominate the character you need to know about holding, releasing, concentration and not attack randomly. Just like a Katana! I love the details of this game

Literally its the cameras fault for making it so difficult and you gotta time your mirage blade perfectly. I just skipped it for now. Probably try it later with nero lol

Whoever design this part of the mission for the blue orb is an asshole. Honestly I have 18 bars as of right now and while I need the 20 bars total, Im stuck at this area for more than a week and I still can’t get this blue orb for the life of me and tbh at this point I don’t care anymore, ima just get my 19th health bar and go for the DMD difficulty afterwards because I give up. Lol

The shoe given us an upgrade or an update where you could just do that by pushing the button multiple times

The timing on the ground is rrally strict but in the air super easy

The video is great. I just cant seems to master this after an hour. I do get an occasional 2nd judgement in... Even on auto, I do get 3 times... oh well...

I thought it was when you is releasing the Judgement Cut that you try to time the sparkle, not when you’re charging it up
