your square you made in lightburn wasn't actually square. it was 25.4 x 28.331. You should turn the lock OFF and adjust both sides of the square to be equal. I'm assuming your steps per rotation are making up for it somehow. Thanks for the video by the way, all the Thunder videos make lots of assumptions that we know what we are doing already :)

Hey what machine do you use for cutting the acrylic names?

I believe by cut line he is referring to doing a clean up pass of the edges after the first pass of engraving, something similar to what you would do on a galvo.

Hi! i am so glad i stumbled upon your channel! I do not live in the USA so normally order acrylic from specific vendors for better deals, would you say that any cast glossy white will do or does it have to be gloss one side and matted on the reverse? Also do i have to sublimate the entire surface to void heat marks on the Clear acrylic? I tried an image in the middle of the frame so that i could engrave the rest and use an LED base, but there were like heat marks on the areas with no sub.

LOVE Creative Fabrica! The site thought I was a bot because I was downloading sooooo many files! LOL. I do find a lot of the lase designs need to be fixed, especially the cut files. The distortion, at least on xtool ra2 pro, can be fixed using photoshop and warping.

I’ve watched a lot for research and most needed to weigh it down to prevent the warping, and also some have shown themselves needing to scrub off the sub paper afterwards. nova 24 also has easy positioning and all the features you have on the bolt are on all nova series, you just need to know where to find them, speed, power can all be changes on the fly, changes are made when the controller detect the next node group, so changes are not instantaneous, but start on the next node group, you dont need to remove the lens from nozzle in the 24 to clean it

nova 24 has autofocus, just press down button the press autofocus button and its done, you have to set the nozzle correctly first,

Thank you for this video! I have had my glow forge for a few months, but just got the nerve to start with it today. I made the gift of good measure. That went great. My question is I downloaded the peg pens, but what do I do to get them to the glow forge to cut. I can figure out the glow forge machine, but where Im going to have a hard time is the computer side of it. Like to import that file into glow forge, and if so, how? Any help is appreciated.
