I think it is already too much motivational speaking, now time for action... you should start an Gym training and routine for every day (1 video for each), specially since you have a great body and people will follow, then you can get in depth with different variations, best practices, and why not... you are a good wrestler, why not making a video with training for strenght, even sharing your wrestling experience, how old when you started, If you went to wrestling school, how dificult is that business, then you mix the training with powerfull mentality and motivational speaking back and forth, since many just talk, "I will do this" but then go to the gym and last 1 day, they find themsselves intimidated, or quit after not watching any progress, too little people explain the real effort behind those biceps, they think they should just make their routine and 1 year latter that will be it, when in fact it requires an strong attitude and weight progress to do it, hope you like them, found your wrestling matches... real hot dude....ufff great body, but your looks were to similar to Seth Rollins, you have to be original, that's what people likes, from A to Z, just some thoughts.

Recently started at the gym. Have a new app that tracks food intake. It's only been a few days, but it has been a real eye opener when it comes to my diet and eating habits. So between starting to understand my diet and where I need to adjust food intake (per a certified personal traier). Plus, working out and an hour a day. I'm already seeing small improvements. Like you said before. Just make enough little changes, and you'll start to see results over time.
I love the way you are not afraid to show your vulnerability. It is so important, especially in men, as we bottle things up and won’t share how we feel. I think that this video will signal to a lot of men that it is okay to talk about the things we are secretly struggling with. You are a STAR 🌟

Agreed . . . Though it is worth advising, not everyone has the best intentions, or they allow their own egos to get in their way. Yes, the right coach/mentor/advisor can help propel your success forward. The wrong one can anchor you down. So, by all means, learn through others, but remember your path to success is your own. You need to be able to understand what works for you and what doesn't. That comes from creating your own experiences and applying yourself (as was advised in the video).😁

Did Weight Watchers a decade ago. But, they had a bonus points system. Similarly, you stayed within your point alotment but had a small margin of wiggle room. That to say, the occasional extra treat won't destroy all your hard work. Just limit the indulgence. But, I agree that the subtract and add does allow for less concern.😁

I agree with you, Hayden, about many of the things you mention in this particular video, but I have to ask you about what you mean by "paying the price" though for success? I hope it's not about selling out or selling your soul or your body to have a high level of success because many elites do this to be successful and to stay successful, believe it or not. I'm not dissing you because you create great content, and I know you'll be successful in all things you put your heart and mind into...💫🙏❤
@@fernandoferdinand4866 what I mean mate by paying the price is, if you want to reach a certain level in life you have to be prepared to put in a certain level of effort. As in if all i you you want is say a job that pays you 20k a year, has a low barrier for entry but you are happy then great. But if you want to earn say 100k plus a year then a different level of commitment is required. Or if you want to get really ripped physique wise, are you prepared to do what’s necessary to achieve it. Basically average effort usually provides average results so by paying the price I just mean are you prepared to do what’s necessary?
Portion sizes also play a large role too. Just because you don't consume much throughout the day. Doesn't mean you don't over compensate when you do eat.

It’s great to have an end game but the most important thing is the journey. There needs to be time out to recharge and enjoy the moment and centre yourself especially for your mental health. Social media can be great but it does come at a cost, avoid getting onto the social media treadmill of feeling obligated to continually upload content especially if you have other obligations. Many fall victim to this because it mentally creeps up on you. So glad you are on the mend, take care Hayden. 😊

First, welcome back and glad you're doing better. Second, agreed, had the flu the start of last month. While it was pretty mild on the symptoms. I left me drained for about two weeks and I found a lack of motivation for a couple weeks after. Getting back on track now, but it can be hard switching from on to off, than back on again. Which, as you said, goes to show the importnace of finding balance between pushing yourself, but taking a step back. Otherwise you just run yourself into the ground and lose a larger amount of progress. Compared to taking a more steady approch that allows you to put in extra effort when needed, but not at the detriment of you health or personal life.

I am a 70 year old gay man and find Hayden’s videos so beneficial. His sighted demographic is toward younger men but is universal and can be applied to all age groups both in men and women . He is definitely successfully living his truth and purpose while taking all of us along the way.

One way to make it easier to reduce portions is to uses smaller plates, bowls, &c. We (most of us) tend to put food on a plate till the plate looks full, really without much thinking about it most times. With a smaller plate we will still pile on the food, but there will be less of it while it still looks like an ample portion.
