As the discovery is not hydrocarbon bearing…He1 states helium and hydrogen solution with carrier Nitrogen. The solutions main ingredient is water and he1 are purposely keeping this quiet and I think the market suspects this. He1 knows this would tank the sp and it would be harder for them to get placings away as the costs are very high. Due to the water solution the volume of Helium gas will remain low.

I would say dilution is all but guaranteed unfortunately. HE1 has raised multiple times in recent months. Personally I don’t care, I have an investment here and I’m happy with it and I’ll be patient. Both HE1 and noble are good investments and I have shares in both.

The recent funding at a staggering 0.25p has unfortunately handed the possible upside almost entirely to the new placees. Im sure the board will replace their share options at this lower level in due course but all of the pre 12/23 holders are now sitting on a massive loss. Surely a higher price could have been achieved??
