Hi will it work on PI 5?
Very helpful. As I use Thonny I can’t get the Sudo idle command to work. Is there a way to get it working ?
Hi, if system goes offline does data will present on mounted dir ?
how old are you? You are awsome! I love learning new things, and learning from a child tickles me a lot,I found a lot of confusing thing that just confused me, but you were able to put it together for me. Thank you
hey idk why but my sever get endless of empty msg from the java client even tho i dont have a code that send to the server msg. i also wrote a pyhton client and its ok its only the java. you know why maybe? i only wrote Socket s = new Socket(....)
does it also output the signals?
This is really amazing 😍 thanks bro
I have been looking for an IR solution for my project for a while, I especially liked how lean this is and that you just decode the raw signal from scratch. Very cool. Thanks.
My raspberry seems to have issues reading the signal in the desired speed, it misses some slopes and the code is then rubbish. Do you have a hint for me there? Thanks
Ура, спасибо тебе огромное, а то с этим LIRC не понятно как работать, а тут всё так просто оказывается
Very good explanation, thank you! 👍👍
Oh my god! Such a good video! I love you! Everything so clear and easy!
Use full thank you
Hello, Thanks for the nice video. I tried it with a simple remote controller and all 5 buttons (forward, backward, left, right and boost) gave the same hex signal 0x100 Do you have any idea or solution for that? Thanks in advance
Perfect ! Thanks
I've been trying to sync onedrive on Ubuntu since a long time now. This video is extremely elaborate and works perfectly. Thanks so much!!!
Say if you have a long line of text, how would you make it into a "box"/ fit it onto a rect?
Thanks mam very well cleared Question : does it work if connected via ethernet instead of wifi?
Hi there, yes. It should work perfectly on ethernet as well!
Are these 2 devices on the same network? How to connect these 2 machines, using an Ethernet cable?
It was just great!! and...I have a question!! Why... I mean, it works great on Geany but doesn't on Thonny. Is there any change I need to make if I want to run it on Thonny? Thanks a lot
Thanks so much!
Maam, the module RPi.GPIO is not in pip I am using python 3.10 on server and python 3.7 on client. I am not able to install the module Could you please help

Thank you everyone for your interest. I would like to let you know that recently I have been working to update an improve the code shown in this video with an Object-Oriented, modular approach. Find more information on my Code Decoder GitHub (github.com/Lime-Parallelogram/pyIR).
thank u boy u helped me a lot and the best yt tutorial for onedrive
Hi thank you for your video how do I ensure the sync is not turned on automatically. I didn't add the command in start up. Also in future if I need to uninstall can you please help with that as well.
Thank U Verymuch!
Great tutorial however I'm stuck at the 8:56 mark. In essence, I do not have a separate drive on my machine. I only have one drive with just one partition and it will not let me create a folder "Onedrive" there. Is there a workaround to that?
heyy Tom, just open that disk in terminal and type"sudo mkdir user/ OneDrive" *in user u have to put ur user name
Best tutorial ever. Clean and worked perfectly thanks man :D
Thanks it worked..
I have the same remote as you and what I need is a way to send the IR code from the pi when I select an GPIO pin. I need to select one pin to send the code for say Red and another pin to send the code for Green.
Deprecated class AsyncTask unfortunately.
I know I am late but can you please make a video for Communicating between windows and android
What a fantastic video, extremely simple as all tutorials should be, and greatly explained.
Excellent job. Very detailed. I'll be implementing this on my current project soon. Thank you!
How can you completely remove the connection to your private data? When you dont use the PC anymore and dont want other users have access to your data
Why you stopped making videos??
that was not what i'm looking for , but it was very useful
Thanks for the code. It works great on a pi 3. It does not work well in a pi zero that is doing some tasks
I was hoping that video finally teaches me to receive packages in a Java client from a Python socket :( Everything I try don't work Anyways, is s good video :)
Thanks u so much man! Short and easy tutorial, introducing to the basic usage of sockets. Nice work!
The mic 😭
Did anyone have a "Error: linker exited with status 1" ?
Hi, thank you for the clear instruction. I have some error when asked to name the remote. Below is what I got when I enter a name for the remote: pi@raspberrypiX:~/IR-Code-Decoder-- $ python CLI.py Please enter your sensor pin: 25 Please enter a name for you remote: smsl.txt Traceback (most recent call last): File "CLI.py", line 28, in <module> output = open(remote+".txt", 'a') IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: 'smsl.txt.txt' What did I do wrong? Thank you in advance!
Man, occupied disk space? I don't know because in windows we have the size of the folder, and how much this is on the disk.
I think it copies it to your HD.
I hate this. I am not sure why.
Instant thumb up for cat wallpaper!
Helped me a lot.. ThankYou 😊
I don't understand the folder structure. I followed all the steps to the letter but when I got to 9:19 I noticed that there was no folder called OneDrive already present??? I only had something called OneDriveTemp
If you look the video again you'll see that she created it 8:59
