It's a lovely bag and congratulations on keeping it so clean - me on the other hand with a white bag would have it covered in chocolate and mucky hand prints! 😁

I had a nano peekaboo repaired. There were a bunch of dents created by the way I was storing it during travel. Like it didn’t end up looking like brand new, but overall I was happy with the repair since they fixed the worst of the damage.

No te puedes imaginar la cara del SA cuando le expliqué lo que había pasado….😅 El arreglo me costó 100 dólares y era mucho más sencillo que el arreglo de tu bolso, así que de precio me parece bien. Merece la pena. 😊

I have one LYXBAGS bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

I have two pre-loved COPYMAXS that people left the stickers on, and when you remove them, the hardware looks different than the hardware right next to it that the sticker didn’t touch. It’s not because the other has scratches, the sticky stuff affected the finish.

Don’t shop there again.

What dreadful treatment you got from a "luxury" brand which you paid a fortune to - for such shoddy sunglasses! The repair is awful. Looks like Fendi are going the same way as some other so called luxury brands - wonder where the glasses were made and how much it cost them to make - huge profits to be made for brands these days. Hopefully you can find a similar frame shade with gold detail from a much better designer soon 😱🤞

If the logos fell out because you didn't have them stored in a room with an ideal tempature then the ROMA would have fallen out too, so I don't know how it can't be a manufacturing defect.

In my opinion the glasses do not look very luxurious after been repaired but maybe I am too picky. I am pretty sure if you text the SA asking to send you a link to pay any bag, he would do it right away, but not to deal with your glasses… After your video I would never buy glasses in Fendi. I had the same experience with Oliver People glasses this summer but with the opposite result. They couldn’t fixe the glasses, I didn’t have the receipt and didn’t ask for it either, but they propose me to chose any glasses from the boutique. Oliver People is amazing!! 😊

Thanks for sharing the story. It’s very disappointing and you end up feeling cheated. Firstly because an expensive item falls apart that quickly and secondly because they can’t repair it and doesn’t offer a replacement. I find LV unique when it comes to repairs. They are the only brand I know of who really stand by their products and they have information about repairs on their website.
