How many different bucks can you count in video?! This area serves as an over-wintering spot for deer that likely spend their summers in higher elevation areas. I almost never catch deer here on camera during the summer and fall months. If only the big buck would have come closer to the camera...

Nothing beats a good late-summer scratch on an old fence post! Bears have been rubbing on this abandoned garden post for a couple of years, but it wasn't until this year that they really started demolishing the wood around head-height. I located these two cedar trees a couple of months ago while on a hike to set some other cameras in the area.
