Hi, if we sew a plaid, and the piece of fleece is smaller than the project, how can we do ? we sew piece of fleece together ? but it's complicated to do that. If we add pieces of fleece it could be seen.

I have my daughter's band letterman jacket to work on. This was helpful. I did look on her jacket on inside of sleeve where her year was placed, and I do see where it'd been resewn.

I know this video is old, but I was wondering what thread you are using and what size needle? I have a very similar machine, but I am worried about the needle leaving holes that are too big. I usually use bonded nylon in my machine. Your thread looks thin and I saw the lady at the jacket shop using serger thread! I only have tex 70 or 90 bonded nylon (not sure which). I may not have the right color either and that type of thread is expensive.

I would cut 4 1/2 inch strips first then cut the squares from the strips.

This is interesting. The website does not seem to be there anymore. Carol Zoo has a fb page but really does not seem current and has a few references to Carol Zoo not being well. Just wondered if you can give any updated info on that?

Thanks for this video. A pink school eraser works well too. I used a 2 inch one and it almost all came off. One added benefit is that it has some pointed edges which can get into the nooks and crannies.

has anyone made this pattern with two different shirts. just wondering how it looked. when i did a bear to practice with all the million pieces i could use more than one shirt, and my aunt wants a bear from my grandpas shirts. but this pattern looks so much easier and i was dreading the other pattern i have.

So it looks like Carol's Zoo is closed right now because she's in the hospital. Any suggestions on where to find the large bear pattern?

So, does it not stain fabric? I have a brand new puffer jacket, black, that has a Nike symbol, on it, and while, others may consider that a status symbol of sorts.. not i. I only bought the jacket because i liked it, above a few other options...at any rate.. i hate the symbol, and all symbols on my clothes.. Not trying to advertise for anyone, and not get paid for it, you see. ANYways! Won't it ruin fabric?!
