This is a video that I made for the Rhoades Park Butterfly Garden in Southwest Harbor, Maine. The monarch caterpillars came from this garden. The end of the season is near and we are collecting any remaining monarchs and keeping them indoors until they hatch from their chrysalises. The butterflies will then be tagged and released. Horse and Oxen Pull Competitions. September 4, 2010. This was recorded with a Sony CTX-110 High Definition camera in very low light. Oxen Pull was around 6:30pm and the horse pull started around 7:30pm. The sky appears brighter in this picture than it actually was.
