71S Special Investigations. (CSI for the Air Force!)
Swearing in soon and I choose this as my MOS cannot wait!
You guys are going to have to make a decision with the incoming Trump administration. Those people lack good moral character and have zero respect for military service or ethics. Glad I am retired from military service now. Working with those people would be a huge challenge. As officers, I expect you both to remember what is important. Which is your oath. Remember the words you spoke and the document you swore to support and defend against all enemies, both foreign and DOMESTIC. The American people, both Trump voters and non Trump voters, are watching you. Do not fail us!
Hacker typer thumbnail 😂😂😂😂
People are much more capable of performing under artificial stress than we realize. It is real life stress that truly separates the real performers from the rest. OTS was just a pressure cooker when I went through and the one thing I took away with me was that anything worth having will never come easily. Some of the officer instructors were just complete jerks while others were very professional. The only enlisted guy there was the MTI who taught drill and ceremonies. Our upper class to the man and woman were living in their own little world. Most of our lower class hated them. When we became the Upper Class, we helped our Lower Class get ahead. We taught them secrets to success at OTS. The standards are set to make one fail so one can be trained. In the "real AF" (whatever that is), one must learn what it takes to pass major inspections (ORI, MEI, NSI etc.) If you don't know what those are then you are fortunate. Each day as an officer, you must accomplish and record those accomplishments. You can not be a wall flower. People must know who you are and why YOU are important to the mission. If you fly, you can not just fly, you do other things to get recognition. If you are non-rated, then success depends on how well your airmen and NCOs perform. Do things for people, not to them. Defend people, do not persecute. You may need them one day (and you will). OTS is just something one must suffer through. Remember, one day at a time is sometimes the best do we can get but tomorrow will come, one way or the other. What goes around, comes around. None of those OTS instructor or MTIs will ever have a person come back to them and say: thank you.
Thanks for the tips and advice. But I have a question, do they accept the bachelor’s degree from outside the US even if I am a US citizen?
probably. depends on where you got your degree and the course of study. talk to a recruiter.
Job satisfaction has always been and always will always be the prime motivation for anyone to stay in the service. The pay is horrible and the promotion system changes every time there is an overage in the enlisted or officer ranks. Then is when the lies come out and careers are ruined all in an effort to curb inflation. In all actuality, the AF is just down sizing or right sizing or what ever lie they can used to hoodwink the masses.
Thank You for sharing this information infront of us
Pretty sure I'm gonna fail college. Might as well do research on all the branches. Thank you
That hits hard.
That dude looks like Space Frodo
Michael Quijano, has a child with a black woman. They lived overseas Clark Airforce Based and attempted to murder the child during a medical procedure while living overseas so FBI CIA using inner ear communication to murder me as a child. Now they used years of surveillance to choose what information personal details they can use to paint their target as criminal when U.S Goverment intelligence wanted to homicide the test subject/ target before internet was created. U.S intelligence FBI hackers wanted to murder a child before the internet was even created. Federal intelligence refers to the target as a N-word then isolates the victim to inflict mental triggers because they had an issue with blacks before the internet was ever created.
Do you have any contract officers that I could talk to ?
Glad I was in AMC. At least in there our planes for the most part have a galley, lavatories, sometimes a comfort pallet and if one asks nicely, a friendly loadmaster nice enough to bring up a cup of coffee. Try doing that in a fancy pants fighter jet and wearing a piddle pack. No thanks!
Why not deployed. on joint stars ?
40 min deep dive on OTS: ruclips.net/video/T1YdoYnTRPQ/видео.htmlsi=Pb1xghYUufx8_qZc
As long as you can pass the afoqt you should be fine
Is there a different pay for a specific job aside from being an officer? Like receiving a salary for mechanical engineer officer on top of monthly pay?
we talk about it at length here. 062 - Toolbox: Pay and benefits ruclips.net/video/q4EcuCqGPac/видео.html
I was talking with my det commander a few weeks ago and he was talking about getting your wings. That led me to want to ask if RPA pilots get pinned with wings too
In 1984 the Marine Corps used TRASH CANS for wake up calls. My bunky cried the first three days and the first morning one man jumped on line with an erection and I am sure he still has ED today (for an hour (I'm sure it was seconds) they SCREAMED "DO YOU LIKE ME" to him. We had one guy try to JUMP from the 3rd floor ladder well and the drill instructors PLOWED through everyone, snatched him by the belt and carried him like a helpless animal back inside, dropped him on the floor and turned to us and yelled, "I DIDN'T GIVE ANYONE PERMISSION TO DIE. YET!" Many dropped to their knees balling their eyes out at that point.
The Air Force said they don't want anymore white officers.

Is having ADHD a disqualification for a pilot slot?
Will your spouse and child move with you to the base at UPT school
Do you need to have letters of recommendations? Or letters of people to verify who you are?
I have a private pilot license and am currently working on my instrument rating. My eyes are 20/30 corrected. Can i become an Air Force pilot? I'm based in TX
Tell us what you do for the USA Mr Slade ? Unbelievable!
I’m hoping to attend USAFA as well and check out this career! It was reassuring to hear his points about making the most where you are as I fit that mindset to a T
Extremely valuable information. As an enlisted member who just separated from active duty in a non-cyber career field, can you offer any insight or advice on getting into the 1B4X1 field? I am currently exploring opportunities in the Air National Guard and AF Reserves.
This is cool. I already told my recruiter that I was interested in intelligence.
Good video. can you make a video on how and what 'below the zone' means? I had a relative who served 20+ years as a reservist on active duty. He was a JAG and did will at promo boards. Actually better than peers.
I thought most were pilots!
So do you need to take the asvab even if you have a bachelors
no ASVAB needed to become an officer.
Intelligence. What a joke. Really screwed the pooch in the Iranian Desert didn't you? These are the clowns that kept telling us we where winning in Vietnam.
That music is completely unnecessary
I’d like to commission as prior E but my odds aren’t very good for a non-rated route through OTS… it’s kind of sad.
They figure out who is going to be stuck with the Combined Federal Campaign this year.
They bitch when the cable tv goes out
How competitive is it to get the scholarship? I'm technically a sophomore returning student, 28.
Do all pilots use the ejection seat?
❤
😮
Nice tights dude.
4% of airforce are pilots but 100% of marines are riflemen
😭 my son is starting the process of applying for AF Officer commission admission. Help me feel better about my son leaving my house and state!!!
I have seen perfectly good officers passed over to Captain the first time. Reason? Poor supervisors. I have seen people get picked above the zone to Major and LtCol. That pigeon holes their career. I have seen people in "Operations" (pilots, Missiles) get BTZ promotions and have no idea that Enlisted people beyond maintenance actually existed. The AF has made it so hard to get into the Officer Corp from the enlisted ranks. Nothing is automatic.
I had an IEP in high school can I still join AFROTC? It’s been my dream to be a pilot since I was young.
Hello! Thank you for the information; it is very helpful. In the AFROTC contract, upon completion, is it possible to join the Reserves or National Guard? Otherwise, is it mandatory to serve active duty?
Regular Air Force (aka Active Duty) is the default but you can commission straight into the Guard or Reserve if they have a spot for you. you’ll need to contact the unit directly and ask if they have an opening and are willing to hold it for you until you have completed your training.
Hey I know I’m just throwing a random comment on an old video, but can you guys share some info regarding good careers for political science majors?
check out the AFOCD. this is the most recent version i can find: campus-www-valdosta.gtm.usg.edu/afrotc/career-fields/afocd.pdf
Went to OTS I n 2016 as a prior enlisted TSgt (ANG). Enjoy the process and learn as much as you can.
