Hope this helps, my envista was having the same raddling issue. I thought it was the license plate because it only had 2 screws and the plastic dealership cover. So, I purchased 4 screws and a silicone plate clover on amazon for around $18 total. And I haven't heard the noise since. It's only been 2 days though. Hope this fix will help everyone. This raddle was driving me crazy lol

GM lost my business due to their customer service after I bought a Cruze years ago and it was a lemon, brand new off the lot and it spent 5 months in the shop right after buying it and they tried everything they could to NOT replace the vehicle for me. I was a GM customer for life before that. I've had my Hyundai Sonata for 8 years and 230k miles now and would buy another in a heartbeat before going back to GM

Owers is approaching 22k. SO far we had an update which we took to the dealership. I believe so far with the enviata that it might be hit or miss like most brands these days. It servers the purpose for the price oint. I think it will be great car as any if you read up on your owners book and do maintenance on it.

korean factory is shoving these OTD with inadequate checks/QC.

anything shy of a german car or a lexus is gonna rattle esp. if it is american-made.

expensive buicks are ultimately disposable.

And if something screws up and your infotainment system dies and they find out you violated a warranty somewhere you're screwed

I purchased a 2024 Envista ST in October 2023. I am happy to say at the one year mark I myself have had no rattles. I can see where that would be annoying and am happy to report mine has not produced any rattles in the first 12 months of ownership. My ONE gripe about the Envista is the lack of the back window wiper. While I understand their not adding it, when you own one of these vehicles and it is raining hard or when it fogs up this creates an issue when backing. Othrewise, I have been very happy with the vehicle. I was told to change the oil every 3-4K miles with full synthetic oil by my local mechanic because of the 3 cycl turbo engine.

I’m in the market for a new car and the rattling and customer service issue is a deal breaker for me (I have a 10 yr old car ((in really Good condition)) that rattles, don’t need a new one that does it as well). Have had my eyes on this particular car but won’t even bother with the headache.

The Buick Envista is a very nice car for the price considering that the American Auto Industry is very inflated!

Coming out of college and buying a new vehicle? I don't think so..... They're not giving them away and you just got out of college with a huge student loan that needs to be paid back and no job!!! These auto makers are on glue if they think that these young individuals are able to buy these piles of junk!!!! I'm 61 and still driving truck with no student loans, a few cards and a 20k personal loan. My 2005 Subaru Outback is paid off, had the head gaskets done and has been a reliable vehicle for me for the past 8 years. Why would I want to mess this perfect harmony up?

Good video. I have a 24 Trax. I'd say watch using that "hold in place feature" Your brake lights won't be on. I like the hill hold feature, very similar. You wont roll backwards while going from brake to throttle. I find that Android has about 95% less trouble than Apple.

Great review - thanks. I have a fully equipped ST model that I purchased 3 months ago and I don't have any issues w/ excessive rattles, sorry. This is my 1st Buick car, I love the way it looks and it rides ok. So I must admit that so far, the car has been pretty good. Now what I don't like about the car is the fact that Buick DID NOT put a wiper on the rear glass like the Trax has because when it rains hard, it really hard to see out the rear window. I wish they would make a better option for the placement of drive shifter. I'm tall and my leg seems to always rest on the shifter. I feel like I might push it out of gear accidently. Also, they didn't put a rear seat armrest w/ cup holders for backseat passengers on the ST trim....I'm like who does that. The car does need more horsepower, at least 250Hp, a Heads Up Display and Yes, I agree, they need to install Ventilated seats and a better sound system! Also, make AWD as an option. It's like the saying, build it and they will buy it. The Envista ST is great looking car and I would certainly pay more for all the upgraded luxury items. But If Buick doesn't, then this will probably be my last and only Buick.

How does handle in the snow do you need to add weight in the back fir traction on the back tires since it's fwd

I've had my 2024 Buick Envista for 3 months now and am enjoying it but, like you've probably found, as a first year model, they should make some tweaks to it to make it ultimately perfect. My comments today are, that automatic parking brake feature is awesome and I feel like they should make that feature engage anytime the car is in drive with door open and no seatbelt. Also I have found that Wi-Fi tip accidentally, I was turning off my Wi-Fi and then finally realized that it had a name of myBuickGMC and that it needed to be on. But I do have a question for you, I cannot find where to turn on the rear braking aleets; they don't make a sound. 🤔

How do you find the RPM when cruising on an expressway between 65 and 70 miles an hour? I drive some Expressway but usually when I do, it’s like an hour and a half one way. I’m concerned about it out RPM to cruise and pass

How can I disconnect onstar? Can not find the module under spare tire off to either side. Is it behind the glove box on dash??

Ive had it for a month , havent had the rattling noise at all its pretty quiet , but i did lose a trim piece which im waiting to get replaced in 2 weeks

I just bought an openbox M3 pro macbook pro and it doesn't power on or charge. Gonna take it to apple and see if they'll replace it. I got it for a really good deal and I do want to keep it. However, it is damaged. If apple won't take care of it I'll just return it. I checked my serial number, it's still under the manufacturer's warranty.

Exactly the same for me. I have a fully equipped ST and my only issue has been excessive rattles especially in the trunk area. GM tried to fix it 3 times to no avail… i have gutted the entire trunk area and the problem is pretty much the entire frame. Seems to be a problem with the soldering pr something like this.

Save your money you can get a subaru crosstreck for the same price. 4 cylinder all wheel drive 3.9% financing on the 24’s ton of standard features this buick doesn’t have

Like I live in Michigan and we get Sub-Zero temperatures sometimes running your remote start for 15 minutes just doesn't warm it up enough... so you hit it a second time it warms the car up when you get into it.. and it's a lot warmer than if you just ran it for 15 minutes

I have the 2025 Envista Avenir. I’ll have to listen for rattles don’t recall. My question to you what are your oil change intervals? I’ve seen recommendations to half the manufacturers suggested schedule which I believe is 7500. Did you keep the schedule or modify to every 3k, 4k, knowing that it has a turbo?? Few issues I’ve had so far is they had to replace the radio at 300miles, on 2 occasions while driving the entire instrument panel rebooted went black then restarted. At first I thought it was updating or something, but then thought why would it do that while driving. No issues with driving but for those few seconds no speed display etc. Other issue found so paint bubbling and starting to peel by the headlights that portion is plastic. So next week I have to take it in so they can send to a body shop to address. Kind of frustrating, I bought it with 3 miles. As far as I’m concerned with a new vehicle all I should be doing is putting in gas until the first oil change. I now have 860 miles on it.

The rattle issues are a deal breaker for me.

I would also test drive a hybrid Maverick and Mazda CX-30. If you buy this tiny 3 cylinder turbo, good idea to change the oil every 4 thousand miles with full synthetic, and keep up with coolant and spark plug changes. Maybe add pieces of foam to try to fix rattles.

Mine is exactly the same. Drives me nuts. Have to keep radio up or else I'd run off the road. And yes, it seems worse.

I drive the Avenir and I haven’t heard anything like rattling. I think tye preferred and St are pretty much having all this minor issues

Did you ever locate and figure out the cause? My Envista has this exact same noise ever since I bought it a year ago and it’s driving me crazy 😮 I’ve been to the dealer 4x and they can’t seem to figure out how to fix it.
