How to wire wrap jewelry: Earrings and Bracelet | Wire wrapping gemstones | Rose quarz
Jewelry set of earrings and bracelet
Oh my, my videos become longer and longer! I wanted to make a short one on how to wrap these beads but ended up with this monstrous thing 😂 I added a few timestamps below so you will hopefully find the important steps to make more easily.
Also, I tested the autofocus function of my camera because I recorded from a new angle. So sharpness varies a bit while watching. I am still practising and will certainly become better with time.
...and I was so worried about the autofocus I totally forgot to check sound before recording. Apparently, I placed the microphone not ideally and it sounds as if I am moving around behind the camera a lot. Sorry for that!

How to wire wrap jewelry: Wire wrapping gemstones | Lapis lazuli bead pendant
Просмотров 22 тыс.4 года назад
A happy new year, I guess 🙃 Finally, I finished another video, this time on how to wire wrap a larger lapis lazuli bead. I got my hands on a couple of these a little while ago and this design immediately came to mind. I just love the blue tones of lapis lazuli and the pyrite bits you find in it! This is actually one of my favorite stones, along with sodalite and moss agate - and sooo many more ...
How to wire wrap jewelry: Wire wrapping gemstones | Landscape Jasper bead pendant

Made it! Another video for you guys right before the holidays begin :-) This was a fun pendant quick to do and a real eye-catcher. I think it might be suited for beginners, too - only being a beginner myself. Have fun wrapping along and feel free to share and like and recommend and subscribe! ♦ MY NAME IS ANNE FÜSERS. How to wire wrap fossiles: Wire wrapping ammonites and moonstone labradorite
Просмотров 4,9 тыс.4 года назад
At last! My next video, this time on wire-wrapping ammonites. It turned out quite long, too, but in the end this is nothing to be shown in a few minutes only. I hope I made all single steps clear! If you still have questions, please don't hesitate to ask me :-) Is this a beginner's wrap? Hm, I am not sure. I consider myself a beginner in wire-wrapping and came up with this design. In the end, i...
How to wire wrap jewelry: Wire wrapping gemstones | Dragon Spheres Collection | Yellow Agate
Просмотров 1,6 тыс.4 года назад
A little while ago, I finished my DRAGON SPHERES Collection on Instagram and Etsy. In this video, I show the wire-wrapping process of one of the 10 pieces included in this collection. It turned out much longer than I thought, and I have a strong German accent, I'm afraid. But I hope you enjoy watching and wrapping along! ♦ MY NAME IS ANNE FÜSERS. How to wire wrap jewelry: Wire-wrapping gemstones | Tree of Life on Opalite cabochon
Просмотров 7695 лет назад
Hello RUclips! This is my first ever wire-wrapping video, and I hope you like it! In this video, I show how I wrapped a small opalite cabochon with copper wire. I later antiqued the final piece to give the copper a more vintage look. You can see this in the short video sequence in the beginning where I show the final stone from all sides. I did my best to show the single steps as good as possib...

    I love this piece and surprisingly I was able to make something that approximates what you've done. The problem is when you join the two pieces of the bail. Each time you describe how to do the upper part, which is now upside down, you go off camera! I never see which direction you are wrapping the wire. I'm going to try it another way but the upper side is obviously done differently. Is there a reason you decided to flip the pattern on the upper leg?

      Hello again, I am sorry this tutorial is not ideal for you. I am a jewelry maker and not a professional film maker and only have limited technical possibilities to record jewelry tutorials. I wanted to show this design still, though. I will make sure future videos will show more details and be less off camera. But for now, this is all I've got for you.

    • @kbaxterpackwood

      12 mm or 0.47 inches

    • @annesjewelry952
      @annesjewelry952 2 года назад

      Dear Annette, although I give a size for the bead it all boils down to what you have at hand yourself. You can have a larger or smaller bead and still use this design if you are not new to wire wrapping and already have some experience.

    • @karenallen5208
      @karenallen5208 2 года назад

      I find this design very easy to adjust to any size of bead. You just have to make the three-strand wire longer according to half the size of your bead.

    Your piece is beautiful. The challenge that I had was that at critical points, the work is completely off camera. Much of the video I couldn’t see what you were doing. I Could only go by what you were saying. I would love to see you remake the video because your piece is gorgeous!

    • @annesjewelry952
      @annesjewelry952 2 года назад

      Dear L4LLL, I know the video is not perfect and that I go off camera a couple of times. I will not remake this video in near future, I am afraid. But I will make sure to be less off camera and show details closer up in future videos. In the end, I only have limited technical possibilities to record such a video. And although it is not ideal, I still wanted to show you this design anyway.

    At 25 minutes…. Where you're trying to show us how to join the one section to the next you go off camera so much it's impossible to see what you are doing…… go back to the front ... If I could see how you jump from the 1st section to the 2nd I could get the rest… I'm sorry but I'm extremely frustrated with this video I love the peace and I cannot figure out how to do the top part because you need to aim your camera a little bit higher in order to not go off camera every time you make a rap…… Love your work this is gorgeous but could you please do a little tutorial on how just to make that double piece come together please.. Was following along with the video and now I'm lost sorry

    • @annesjewelry952
      @annesjewelry952 3 года назад

      Dear Arwen, First of all, thank you for taking on my design :-) It is not easy, but feasable. I know this video is not ideal as I am off camera a lot and explaining in English which is not my mother tongue. I am currently not planning to make a video on how to join the ends. Also, this is not too difficult :-) You basically lay all wires next to each other and weave all of them together. If the video is not clear, try to improvise! Seriously! This is how I learned most of the designs I do. Don't let frustration get you down or my explanation hold you back. Wire wrapping is mostly about the fun! I am sure you will find your solution. If the final pednant does not look like mine does not matter. Also, I had quite a few trials and errors before this design was final ;-) Good luck!
