It only matters if Wall Street thinks it matters. We will have to see how Wall Street responds tomorrow; otherwise, it just seems that no matter what Tesla does, Wall Street has not been very impressed. Perhaps all of this good news leads to something more promising that will someday impress Wall Street and Tesla's stock will see better days.

I actually started wondering if it might be better to find an executive to run Tesla Motors and sorta separate the car biz from charging, Energy, AI/Dojo and Optimus. Elon isn't wrong necessarily but I do think it could be run better with a closer focus on specifics like redesigns, advertising, PR and service (more of it and more spare parts on hand). Tesla Motors has had the same CEO for two decades. ELON has done well but he deserves a break and I think letting someone else take the executive position for the car biz. No hate here, just an idea of treating Tesla's car biz as a relatively stable company that should not be run as a start up. Anyone have opinions on this idea?
