The Stormlight Archive was MADE for an anime adaptation. Giant swords. Funky hair coloration. The fact that evidently all the characters on the universe have somewhat asian features (according to the draw with jazza video with brandon sanderson). Even the goofy cartoonishly colored armor. WE NEED A STORMLIGHT ANIME

The voices are awesome. But Dalinar isn't supposed to be handsome. Also i think that Michael Shannon would be the perfect Sadeas in a stormlight movie.

One major scene I always thought would be amazing to watch but am terrified of Hollywood ruining it, is the flying fight between Kaladin and the exile (it's been awhile) through a storm while they are both being powered by the high storm around them, with boulders flying past them 1000 feet up

PLEASE don't take this the wrong way, the compliment is coming. I really like how you've put this scene across. Though your figure drawing may not be the best, your camera work and use of scenery/ composition makes me so jealous. The camera movement is so subtle but effective, and in storyboards that's what really matters. I get so caught up in making the people look good, the scene seems really stiff. I'll keep an eye on an opening for this bootcamp you mentioned, I'm torn whether I need it or I just need to believe in myself. But I will be coming back to this video again and again to work on my camera movement more. Thank you for sharing this :D

I saw this animation before I read the series, as I read the first book I kept remembering this scene and wondering when it would turn up or if I had misremembered it. It was a surreal experience. I love this series.

Another great scene imo would be when Dalinar is at the gathering where he meets his wife i think, and kills that assassin with his steak knife, then washed it in his wine and eats with it. He goes out during the highstorm to try and find his knife during this as well, it's all around epic since it convinced them the Alethi were the best for the job of keeping them safe
