For the first time ever, the United Nations has acknowledged the global human rights crisis faced by millions reentering society after prison or probation/parole.
REFORM Alliance, alongside Perseus Strategies, INHR, and an international coalition of 120 groups from 49 countries, was proud to support Costa Rica in securing a groundbreaking UN resolution.
This historic victory protects the human rights of those returning home, ensuring second chances and supporting dignity and public safety.
