They basically setting you up to fail and go back to prison even when you're trying your best to change. The shit is really sad and not to mention the 50 dollars you have to pay every month rather you have a job or not and if you don't pay you're going back to prison for sure. Now imagine someone on probation for 10 years having to pay 50 dollars every month and constantly harassed by your probation officer, just send me back to prison fuck that.

How can you be a bartender on probation? When I was on probation for five years, I couldn’t even step foot into an Applebee’s LMFAO! When my sister was on federal home, confinement, she wasn’t allowed to open her front door and stand on the actual threshold of the door because her monitor would go off. No sunshine for her.

Probation can be annoying. I see why some people max out. I've been feeling persecuted by them lately. They visit me every week at my house and take urine tests to see if I've been drinking beer (and that's something they've never done before). It's psychological warfare to release a person from jail, but treat them like they're still in jail.

True thankfully i had a job before i even met my po and passed every piss test and paid my payments on time she even let me carry a knife cause i needed one for work actually gave me her card and said if i get caught with it to have the cop call her. so it wasn't to bad did get raided several times because the people living next door sold meth and everytime they got hit they hit me and the guy on the end of the block too just cause we were on pro. It was a bitch but i was just lucky plus i got caught in another state for possession of weed they couldn't get sales and the other shit to stick and weed was already legal here mostly. So i was able do do what i wanted for the most part probably cause they always got paid and i paid extra most times just to get it over with. the state really only cares about money...

You do realize that it is intended to save the state money and has nothing to do with anybody deserving to be let go from parole early. They will let the very low risk parolees get off parole early. Then the low risk. Then the moderate risk On and on until the extremely high risk with multiple violations and a parole officer asking the judge to have their parole revoked get off of parole early.
