This is only good as a back up or emergency light, and it’s excellent at that. I;ve been using mine bike packing for a number of years now, what’s really good is that you can put it around your neck when turning in for the night. Leave it there, it;s no bother at all, but should you need light for any reason at all during the night, you won’t be fumbling around for a hand held light. It’s always yo hand and very easy to use. Should your main lamp fail you, you will have enough light from the Bindi to get you to a safer position, even over fairly rough ground I’ve found. Initially, I didn’t like the Bindi, but I have come to really enjoy it. It’s a great little light.

OMG - I wasn'ty sure I was doing it right (and it definitely needs more improvement) but it still made it MUCH easier than my spontaneous and poor wat I had been doing it before. YTou should get Helinox to use this video (and pay you!!)

This is the exact comparison I was hoping to see between the pack towel and Lava Lenin. I am a very indecisive shopper. You addressed all of my product concerns perfectly: how dry will it actually get me, which one will dry faster for less mildew smell, and which one has more abrasion power to actually clean sweat and caked-on dirt/dust. Perfect. Sadly the 1.4oz difference is considered a lot to me personally, though I think I'll suck it up for something that actually cleans my body.

Future light in boots is useless! It cannot cope with wet grass or plants it seems.

I’ve been using this lamp for years now. I’ve found it convenient to keep it on around your neck when you turn in for the night. Should you require to get up in the night for any reason, you won’t be fumbling about in the dark for a light. It’s around your neck, put it on very quickly and do what you have to do. It’s no bother at all, around your neck and really convenient, being there to use when you want it. It’s a great little lamp.

Been climbing in these since April. I absolutely love them. They have wonderful traction, my footwork has heavily improved since I started wearing them. The lace up closure is also excellent as it allows a more custom fit versus having velcro closure or moccasin closure.
