Smartroof is the prefabricated room in roof system delivered in hours instead of days.
We understand the unique challenges facing the construction industry and our team of experienced engineers have developed a ‘room in roof’ insulated roof panel system that reduces overall build time, addresses the issue of skill shortages onsite and improves health and safety during the construction process.

Now that your install is complete, Smartroof carry out a post check. This will be carried out by a Contracts Manager who will visit site and liaise with the Site Manager to ensure they are happy with the install and answer any questions they may have. How to install the Smartroof Roof Panel System
Are the dormas sufficiently insulated?
Your timber joists run horizontally, normal to the pitch of the roof. You show no blocking between them. How does this system support the upper roof load without your timber joists rotating flat down onto the osb sheathing? Any steeply pitched roof can have substantial shear loads in the plane of the roof due to dead + live load (think snow load) and there doesn't seem to be any substantial structural elements in this design to resist rotation and collapse of these elements. Are you relying on the density of insulation to provide blocking?
For new construction I guess…..but retro fitting to an existing home? Ugh……
Is it possible to have a LOFT space with Smart roof?
Hi Praveen, thanks for your question, Smartroof is a room in roof system so it creates another useable room where traditionally the loft would be.
@@smartroof7708 My loft doesn't have any finishings, what should I use to cover the plastic (vapour layer, I would assume) and have a nice finishing?
is it possible to install solar panels on the smart roof?
Thanks for your question, the Smartroof is finished with tiling just like a traditional truss roof where items can then be fixed to the roof similar to a traditional roof.
