Do NOT watch this if you don’t wish to pay to see two self-centered, irresponsible hipsters torture their sweet dog! I was FUMING by the end, along with millions of other people who apparently were just as mad, and some even tried to report them, rightly so! They’re disgusting for what they did to their dog, and not just for how many times he got sick and they still carried on, but for not even giving one damn if the bus got towed in Mexico with all kinds of cartel around and the dog still in the bus, with no AC, while they’re off galavanting and having a blast all day long. They even joked about it - oh please don’t tow us! Knowing it could very well be a possibility and not even caring that this would mean they may never see their dog again. And all this on TOP of how much anguish & suffering they caused the sweet pup physically and emotionally the whole trip. And to wrap it all up, they shipped him in a crate in the cargo area of the plane mere DAYS after he was close to death. They also went off to have fun their last few days in Mexico while the dog was getting ready to die (because of the irresponsible care they gave him and what they put him through all for their selfish drive to have fun on the road). These people are sick and don’t deserve to have pets. They deserve to have PETA come after them. 😡

I just watched the Netflix documentary- in substance, it is little more than a music video. I just LOVE when we white folks get denied something we think we are entitled to. "We spent $400 and he denied our Visa!!!" Perhaps we should remind ourselves that all over the world, deserving people are denied all kinds of things all the time, just 'because'. You had financial resources, you had a place to stay, you were able to easily try again. Not everyone has the privilege of being indignant, not everyone is lucky enough to be universally beautiful, not everyone is blessed with the resources you seemed to take for granted. The rusticated jaunt of a pair of deep-pocketed hippies shows pure arrogance when they expect their lives to always go smoothly, like some kind of fantasy - - too bad real life is not a music video.

Like what you did with the bus, it looks great. Saw your documentary. Why did you bring the dog? Why did you not take him home earlier? You nearly killed him. I LOVE dogs but I wouldn't take a dog to such a hot climate.

just viewed your docuseries on Netflix and I was kind of surprised that you guys didn’t understand the context of some countries, for example, the roads... our geography is pretty complex that is why some roads are pretty bad. Thank god you did not reach Colombia! Colombian roads are crazy rough! Also about the weather, just imagine if you were hot what about your dog... Also, you made some stereotypical comments like quoting Pablo Escobar... not cool... I think that you missed a lot of research and planning...

U got me when l saw your 🛌. Yesssssss, to be able to hv wlkn rm on either side is EVERYTHING TO ME. I just am in love w tht. I just dnt want a fixed bed for fear of not hv the ability to wlk completely through the bus in its entirety. (I was thinking of either murphy or elevator bed)...So, I just love tht uve done it w a fixed 🛌...impressive for sure. I actually love your entire build, 'cause l always lose interest when l see a fixed 🛌 blocking the bk door access. l want to be able to stand/sit in my bk door space & use it as a porch or whatever else l cn for outdoor use. Love love love your build. Thxs for sharing & safe travels 💕.

I love the spirit of these two...but remember, being on no schedule might make you believe everything and everyone should be able to accommodate you whenever you're ready. That's not how it works. Border guards, embassy, ect, they have rules and a schedule they cannot change just because you're a free spirit. Respect that, and you will be happier and have less stress and judgment about others.
