Ai BRUSHING techniques in Adobe LIGHTROOM!!!
nice video, I currently purchased this lens and I use both the r5 and the r7, although works well with both , once it gets dark, the r7 starts to struggle, but its awesome on the r7 when its daytime.
Will your presets work with photoshop? I prefer to avoid lightroom
Looks tragic, worse over old regular presets
Probably not for you then bud
This is the useful side of AI - saving loads of time doing tedious repetitive tasks. Very helpful, thanks!
Glad to help, repetitive tasks are the worst hahaa
Kind of hoped you had some special trick for the tool 😄 as I sometimes find the results not very good. But what I got from the video is to repeat the removal tool again and again. Maybe I’ve been too impatient. But it’s a good video anyway 💪🏼 I enjoy those little short videos of yours! 😊
Nice presentation I own a few grad filters and ND filters. The ND filters that I own are the 4 stop,6 stop,10 stop and 17 stops. I enjoy my long exposure photography. Have subscribed
Hey, great review! I am currently just getting into wildlife photography and i am currently looking into buying this lens. Right now the current camera i use cannot support this lens so i'm now wondering and would like to see if u have any suggestions on what a good camera is that i can buy? I know that lenses are more important than the actually camera so i might just go for the cheapest camera that can support this lens, thanks!
Wow!!! Nice landscapes also!
@MatthewLittlewood A bit late to this fantastic video - came here because of the 100-400 lens (now in my cart at B&H!) but have a question about the camera you used. Looks like you have the lens on the R8 - or maybe R7? Curious minds… 😎
hey thanks buddy!! it was either the R or The R6ii and then just filmed on my phone (my excuse the rubbish audio)
consize, on point, thanks a lot
You're welcome! glad it helped

You've sold me. I have wanted to make the switch to mirrorless AND get into wildlife photography. I'm going with the R7 to get that extra reach, but going to go with this lens for it's size and price.

Thanks Teach!

Help, I'm just getting started. I have a Nikon z7ii with the z24-70 2.8 lens and love it. Plus I was given a Cannon R100 with the stock lens. Originally, I was planning to sell it but have been thinking of purchasing the Cannon 70-400 lens. Nikon does not have a comparable zoom lens at this price. What is your advice? Two different camara brands in my pack or save the money and get the more expensive Nikkor?
I'd stick to the same brand. you'll end up carrying sooo much shit otherwise
@@matthewlittlewood Thanks!
Great video amazing pics, I got mine a week ago to sit on my R7 - brilliant and inspiring advert for the lens, maybe not for a rhode mic 😅
This is the best video I’ve watched in a reaaaaaly long time - amazing work!!
Everyone makes these mistakes at the begining. You think it's cool until you understand then it's just cringe. Another great video dude. Keep em coming.
You're the guy in Peter McKinnon's bucket list film!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it! Love you name btw!!
What Lake was that around the 5 minute mark?
It’s mucho lake. There’s a bunch of sweet roadside camps along here
@@matthewlittlewood thank you sir
Dope dude. Can't wait to see what you get up to in Alaska.
Hahaha it’s just gunna be a series of me suffering lol
Flippin Beauty Matty! Hope there's more to come!
Oh yeah brother! 5 more on the way
Thanks for the review!...I just ordered on of these lenses based on the comments from another photographer I know, and you just confirmed I made a good choice!
Stoked to hear that!! It's a killer lens! What’s your thoughts been so far?
@@matthewlittlewood great so far!...haven't really stretched the limits yet but so far it's done everything I've asked of it....cheers!
I've had the 60C for about two years now and I love it to transport my camera gear when I fly and for day hikes. I am considering the 36 for photo tours where I don't need much "add on" stuff like extra jacket or food. It was good to see the two next to each other. I like that the 36 now has a removable hip belt as well, as I don't need that on shorter hikes. Nice video, thanks for that 🙂 Also: why is it such a rare thing for a backpack to have TWO sidepockets? It really surprises me, I don't want to take a tripod OR a water bottle, is that so unusual? 😅
Why!!! Hahaha Two side pockets are a friggin need!
I bought it for my R7. I'll be trying hard to tackle the noise, but that's ok.
I was just down there tonight. I can't believe how close you get to them. I definitely kept my distance. Are they not that aggressive when feeding?
I bought it for my canon 4000d but it won’t fit in 😢
It is rf
Hi, great video. I was thinking it would be more worth it. I have a Canon R10 and I want a telephoto lens for animals. I automatically thought of the RF 100-400mm. Native and with high focusing speed in addition to the low price (in my case 600 euros). On the other hand, there is the option of the sigma 150-600 contemporary, with a higher price (800 euros) + adapter (70-100 euros). What do you think is more worth it, losing those important mm in bird photography or the focusing speed in addition to perhaps other problems you have for not being Native?
Hi Matthew, I am retired and shoot Landscapes as my hobby. I use this lens with my R5 and it’s fantastic. From my experience I found sharpness at 400mm to be good. I used it on Macro shots and it works great. I also have the RF15-35 2.8 and the 24-70 2.8 which are sharper, but at a cost. I have planned the trip of life to Iceland next year and taking this lens as my third lens and leaving my 70-200 2.8 at home. Thank you for your video.
Have the best time in Iceland!! I’ve been a bunch and it’s the best! Download the windy app to keep an eye on the weather cause it’s crazy
