      We recommend a balance training plan with a slow progression in volume and speed. Working with a coach is another option that can help you achieve your peak potential. We're happy to help if you're interested.

    How to increase stamina and speed

      Hi Vicky, "stamina and speed" are quite broad turns but we recommend starting with a foundation of aerobic development as that is your primary energy system for anything over 2 minutes. Low intensity training works quite well for this and the "talk test" is a good way to make sure you are training easily enough. For speed, you need a little but not too much. Doing drills like these and some of our other videos are a great way to start. Adding a few 100m strides can help improve leg speed and neuromuscular coordination. As your fitness improves, you can add distance to those intervals.
