I was interested in purchasing this but would this be compatible with djay pro for iOS (iPad) preferably? If not what other control is good the 600 or 800?

Is it possible for u to let us see all settings from all the different knobs and how you midi mapped it ….so really mention the settings we have to locate to the output settings. For example which midi setting I have to use for the headphones….

The thing is… now I use ableton to make tracks but drum samples came with it doesn’t really work for my taste, I want to make Eric Prydz kind of songs and his sounds are so clean. And I couldn’t really find out any videos to make such custom drums that work for my taste but your drum samples in this tutorials are what exactly I want. No wonder why Eric uses Logic as well, I also save money to buy a MacBook Pro so that I can enjoy this beautiful DAW. Although ableton is fine, its color options and themes are dull and make me wanna quit quickly :(

However Im back in a small town with no musicians so its nice to hear someone with helpful perspective and insights relay information at a pace Im used to and in my new favorite DAW no less.. Id love to give Djay Pro a try but It's a shame the Windows & Android versions have been left behind and there missing Neural Mix and Crossfader Fusion options. Untill they update it with those options I'll just stick with Serato. It seems Djay Pro is made for Mac and iPad leaving Android & Windows lagging behind.

Just quick question djay pro doesn’t let you record bc of copyright with Apple Music but my library for house bass house electronic etc is massive and I’m trying to start up DJing again. Any recommendations or alternatives to not have to buy each song to save it for my mixes ? I heard there’s something u can plug in to use and it records the screen as the music is playing and mixing almost like what streamers use. Thanks bro !

Hi thanks the awesome tutorial! I have a question. I midi mapped my Denon SC Live 4 but I can't get the jog wheels to work properly. How did you mapped those? I can only use the seek option with the jogs. I'm on windows by the way. But that doesn't really make a difference. Thanks in advance 😀

4/22/24 i got everything hooked up the way you do and all the settings the same but is not recording on Audacity

It would be so nice if the dj-1000 sent data to both laptops to keep all the tracks in sync and quantized (I know, mix by ear. I can and most can, but it makes it easier during a b2b) and see the wave form in each laptop. Then both people can see what’s going on as a whole.
