I've always wondered why the Soul Reapers even NEED a "stealth force". They're normally invisible to mortals. Like these guys are always jobbers, and serve no purpose on top.

Kubo should have just killed off Soifon early in the series. She got worse and worse every season from FK arc onward. Character development came to a screeching halt after 2nd season, Trash Bankai, useless ninja minions, comic relief weak Lieutenant, etc.
